Do you have the latest version of iTunes for Windows installed? I would turn on the sidebar and the menu bar just to make sure you are seeing everything. If the iPhone is still not recognized in iTunes, follow these troubleshooting steps:

great, but my MBA did not come with an installion disc, only a tiny jump drive that is not recognized by windows; and I can't get the contents of that burned to a DVD either. So how the heck do I get the drivers into Windows 7? My MBA has bootcamp 3.0.4.

Could you please let me know if you are using subscription or bought Acrobat as a one-time purchase.
If its a subscription, then all you need is to sign in at adobe.com using your Adobe credentials and download the software.

Yes, to get a serial number requires that you purchase the software. Downloads are almost always free but to have continuous use of a product requires buying a license for it.

The warranty doe snot cover theft. On the computer you sync to click on view in iTunes then on preferences and then on the devices tab. Hove mous ePrint over one of the backups to reveal serial number

I looked online and an article (this one to be exact: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US) told me to go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and then select my device and it would tell me the serial number. However, when I got to the devices menu, my iPhone didn't show up, but my dad's did. Any idea on how to get it to show up or an alternate way to get the serial number (I don't have the box or the phone)?
Yours was stolen, it will not show up in iTunes. There is no way to get your serial number unless you registered it with Apple: Your Support Profile for Registered Purchases.

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if Wi-Fi is enabled on the device. I or tranfer to my librarypurchased from Itune store a Music app. It is downloaded into intune media/mobile applications. How to get the full album msic/songs into my itunes library or on tomy IPAD? It doesnot open out. Can anybody suggest a way?
If you have a music downloader app (depends on which you have), plug your iDevice into iTunes, go to your device (on itunes), go to your apps, scroll down, and select the app thats holding your music, click on "Save As" (should be located bottom right corner), save the music to your specific folder. Once done, follow through this: Adding music and other content to iTunes and you should have your music on your iDevice music app.

I have a toshiba computer and it is windows 7, recently after I installed imatch everytime I open itunes I get the message 'i tunes has stopped working' and windows cannot find a solution and has to close.
