HT4061 My iPhone keep showing the iTunes logo

I made the latest update.
I was chilin on instagram.
The camera begin to do weirdo stuff and then the iPhone simply shot down.
Now, each time I wanna boot it up it shows this images:
I try to connect it on iTunes obviously. iTunes tell that my iPhone needs to be restarted and that I will lost every of data.
Leaving no other choice I wait until it finishes to be updated. Like 20 minutes an then my iPhone restart and show this image above AGAIN!!!
Please help...
