Well, the level of pain you are about to experience will hinge on what level of backup you have of the phone. If none, you will soon have a blank, from-factory phone you will have to reconfigure from scratch.

How can I get this done as I am rarely able to access the 24 hr chat option.Thanks for your help Jeff...actually it turned out that Chrome was the issue and even FIrefox didn't work ....it was slow clunky old IE that eventually got me the chat option and I finally got my issue resolved.....I was getting pretty desperate and am now VERY happy to have my Master Collection back.
Sorry I don't know enough about plugins to help you there but all other functions that I need to do with Chrome work as a rule so I cannot help as far as Adobe is concerned. I know that Chrome often has shock wave errors due to incompatibility with the player on my device but otherwise I'm clueless. -

Settings>Store (or iTunes & App Stores if you are running iOS6)>Apple ID. Tap your son's ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID and password.
You shouldn't lose the music, but if you try to update any apps that you bought with the family ID, you will have to use that password that is linked with that ID in order to update.
Avoid downloading past purchased content with the old ID if you can since you will associate the iPad with the old ID for 90 days and you will lock yourself out of your own, new ID for that period of time. Read more about associated devices in iTunes here.

Getting the request for a serial number means that at some time you had the iWork ’09 trial installed. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user. The easiest way to fix the problem is to use Yvan Koenig's AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip. Download uninstall iWork '09.zip, decompress it, open it in AppleScript Editor and click the Run button.
Apple's support article on the subject says it's due to having a copy of the trial that is a higher version that the one you've purchased, but I'm not sure that is very common. This problem started with Snow Leopard & it seems to be some code in the iWork installers that doesn't do what it should. -
How do I register the serial number for Acrobat when the window disappears?

I had the wrong paper in my hand and typed the serial for CS5 which was denied.
I found the correct paper with the serial number for CS 6, but the window for typing it in doesn't
return to the screen.
I can see a getting started window flash by, but it doesn't stay on-screen long enough to read what it says.

one way is to deinstall your CS6 in combination with a reboot. After reinstalling should CS6 start now with the registration mask.
