Use the Settings app to select your Wi-Fi network.
Settings > Wi-Fi > Select the Wi-Fi Network that will not work > then select Forget this Network
After to accept this choice your iPad should see your network again and allow you to enter the new password. -
how do get my new phone to register my new apple id when it keeps coming up with old id, but i can reset anything off the old id, cant even restore the phone cause it keeps using the old id!
All content bought using an Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
If you want only to use the new Apple ID, you need to delete all apps, music & books with the old Apple ID and repurchase with the new Apple ID. -
I am trying to redeem a free book from I picked up from Starbucks, and when I clicked the Redeem link and imputed my password, it did not toggle over to the Redeem site, instead it kept asking me for my password. I did it about four times until, I came to this site to see what is going on. It has been awile since I have used Itunes, but I have never had problems before redeeming songs or Itune gift cards.
I wonder what is going on.

If you are repeatedly prompted to enter your password when trying to use the iTunes Store, you may want to make sure that you have the most recent update to iTunes:

I'm not sure what way to 'unlock' the device you are looking for.
If you want to unlock the device from your operator so that you can use the phone with a SIM card from another operator, you will have to contact your operator and ask for an unlock code.
If the phone itself asks for a security code when you're trying to change your security settings, this code is 12345 by default. If 12345 code isn't accepted it will have been changed. Please visit a Care centre in that case where the security code can be reset for you.
Please make a back up with Nokia Suite before you visit a Care centre to make sure you won't loose any data. You can create a back up via Tools > Back up.

Have you tried turning your phone completely off and then back on? After trying that you might want to Reset your phone by depressing the Sleep Button and the Home Button at the same time for at least 15 Seconds. Then try your App Download again. If those efforts don't work there are additional threads about various App Download issues you will want to review.

You need to ask Apple for assistance with getting back into your old ID. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to resolve this issue through the Account Security team, fill out and submit this form.

I upgraded to IOS 8 and now when I turn on the phone, it is asking for a password and I have used every password I have used previously but the phone is not accepting the last one I upgraded to. I did a reset of my password but now have to wait 20 more minutes before I can try to get into my phone. I have no idea as to what to do. Thanks to anyone who can help.
Could it be your email password, or your exchange pass code ? If that does not work you may need to restore the iPad. Good luck.
