HT4095 I recently purchased 2 movies ( the crooks and White House down) but was unable to watch them. Every time I tried it said not loading. So I would like to know how I get reimbursed for these from iTunes?
I recently purchased 2 movies and was unable to view them. It kept saying unable to load movie when it had clearly downloaded. How do I get reimbursed for these 2 movies as I was unable to watch them and am pretty fed up with iTunes right now?
Depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the films from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films or if they re-download with the same problem then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

You can't.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries. -

My old computer died on me with no warning signs. I didn't know or need to copy my music to another computer. I would like to know how to get the music that I bought onto my new computer without having to buy it all again. Go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go through all the tabs to download again for free

I think you will find that you have to have a debit/credit card stored on yur account regardless of whether your have iTunes Credit or want to purchase a free App. I don't know why, I assume its for ID verification or is part of the terms and conditions. I occasionally have to re-verify my credit card info even when just trying to run Update on one of my Apps or like I said downloading a free App.

I really would like to know how to totally remove Yahoo toolbar from my Firefox browser as well as my computer. I don't like special toolbars at all. I find it irritating that you included one in the newest version of your browser. In the future I would hope you would leave this or any other out. Firefox used to be my favorite browser to use, now I am not going to want to use it because of the extra toolbar. Please tell me there is a way to remove this, not just hide it.
You can't move the Yahoo Toolbar from IE to Firefox, they are totally different "behind the scenes". However you can install it, [http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/ http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/] and I believe if you log in with your Yahoo account it will sync your data.
