i lost all my info on my ipad 2 after trying to upload ios6 and need to restore it did the itunes bit but not working I hae not synced to my computer so not sure what to do now?
Do you have a backup anywhere? No matter if you do or not, if you need to restore the device, you can restore it through iTunes. It will bring it back to factory settings which is necessary if your device is in recovery mode. Then, if you have a backup, you can restore from that

Since you have never plugged the iPad into your computer's iTunes yet - you are syncing to a "new" computer so .... Yes you will lose the music if you sync it with iTunes before making this your syncing computer.
But ..... You can transfer all of the iPad content into iTunes and that will make the iTunes library your new syncing library. Just follow all of the steps in this user tip and you will be OK. Then you will be able sync without losing anything.

I have upgraded my ipad2 to the latest ios. shortly after this message came up: "ipad is disabled, connect to itunes". I have never synced my ipad2 to itunes and don't have any backup. Is there any way to bypass this without restoring the device? I have many articles on "iAnnotate" that can not afford to loose.
You can't bypass it, you will need to connect iPad to a computer's iTunes, and you may need to put it into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad, which will remove all content from it.
You haven't been backing up to the cloud either, and/or keeping copies of important documents/files elsewhere e.g. on your email account, Dropbox etc ? -

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

I rented a Movie and it has been loading for 3 hours now. Internet connection is fine. Have never had a problem with this before. What's really annoying is that the 24 hour time limit is counting down even though we cant watch it. Any suggestions?
The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net.
HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.
Additionally, your 24 hours don't start until you begin to watch the movie, you have 30 days to start watching the movie. -
I do the same that is instructed in "If you have never synced your device with iTunes ".Everything works fine and itunes start restoring it and updating my ipad.But after 5 mints , same error again appears on itune screen.And also ipad goes into same disabled postion.What should i do ? You can restore the iPad using recovery mode (most likely needed) on any computer. She will lose everything on the iPad though. Purchased content can be downloaded again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with.

I can't find a solution to the adobe flashplayer that is associatied with Firefox. I keep getting script problems and am asked to either continue or ignore the problem.
