Do you know how I can connect with I Tunes support, my credit card has been charged several times for the same purchase.

    You, and nobody else who has access to your account or devices, haven't made multiple in-app purchases in the app ?

    These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
    If it was an audiobook then they are one-time only downloads, to get it on your other devices you need to sync it to them and not re-download it oneach.     Would be problems with purchases, billing, and redemption option.  It's not 100% exact to your issue, but it will get you to the right department.
    Go here https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do then select ITunes, then Store, then Purchases, Billing, and Redemption.  Then.. probably pick "My topic is not listed."

    Purchases are deducted from any credit you have before your card is used, providing the credit covers the whole cost of the purchase.

    Because too much time has passed I can't edit this into the prior comment, but here is the info regarding reverting to iTunes 11.0.2 (assuming you do have a time machine backup) from https://discussions.apple.com/message/22057703#22057703

    My crashing has seemed to have ceased with a revert to an older version. I noticed today that the newer crashing iTunes had been launched for hours but not playing anything, when I played internet radio it crashed within 5mins, fed up I reverted to an older version.
    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.

    Do you have software like Advanced SystemCare that might reset some files to older versions to protect files against changes?

That is perplexing. The other thing I saw on the listing I looked at, was that it was six payments of, yep, $29 each. Without knowing which specific listing you were looking at, hard to tell what is happening. Know that every time you click on a button, a signal is being sent somewhere. As a seller, I have had buyers buy the same widget twice, in error.
