A week ago ive purchased a subscription for sky sport tv Apple for iPhone. Ive been charged 4.99£ and under my subscription i can see it is active. But after a week time still I can get access to watch any program's on that app. What is wrong???

Does the Apple Composite AV Cable work with Sky Sports TV App?

I have 'The new iPad' and was wondering if I bought the Apple cable that links your iPad to your television if it would be able to stream content from the Sky Sports TV app? The content is similar to that of ITV Player BBC iPlayer apps ect

Apparently the answer is no? I guess for me this is the #1 reason to not buy an iPhone 5. I switched to the iPhone specifically for the component (RCA) cable with charging capabilities for my car audio / nav needs. Android did not have a good solution and Apple did. I am sure there are a hand full of folks who bought the Pioneer App radio who are stuck as well. Apple needs to make an airplay to component adapter or a cable for the iPhone 5. Newsflash I am not switching my head unit out for a new phone. Don’t get me wrong I love air play and own an apple TV but hotel rooms, cars, boats and points of usage not going to have air play in all instances. Even if a cable comes out the “digital” port seems telling that component is going away. Time will tell.

From your iPad, simply open up the "App Store" and select the "Purchased" tab, which is the second icon from the right on the bottom within the App Store. There will be a list of all of the apps you have downloaded. Navigate throughout this list until you find the app.

Can't delete in app subscription issue

I want to delete old issues of a magazine i've subscribed in the Newstand.
I click on the issue, it shows the 'X' and a click in it. But.. nothing. The issue remains.
I have another subscription from the same publisher and it's ok in the deleting process.
I have iOS updated. The app updated.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled.
No changes.
Any ideas?

If the download icon is still shown, this means that the tracks are still in the cloud. Select them again and delete. This time you will get a warning message telling you that the track will no longer be available in match.
Is it your intention to completely delete those tracks. Do you have a back up?

Sky Sports Cricket app

Why do Sky still dish out second rate service to Android devices? The Ashes have started and you've got a nice fancy second screen app for the iPad but with Android we're still stuck with a app that shows the old kit, doesn't allow you to get notifications for specific games and the stats are as basic as they get whilst Apple customers get the wagon wheel etc.
Why do I get a worse experience than someone else whith a different mobile device whilst I'll probably be paying the same as them?

I don't think you are quite correct there because while it doesn't do live streaming it should play videos as mentioned here
If you have uninstalled it, rebooted your iphone and installed it again and it still doesn't work there is an email address that you can contact Sky on on this page

TS1702 sky sports tv subscription not recognised on my ipod touch

I have recently acquired an ipod Touch after using an ipod classic over many years and an iphone (3gs) recently. The ipod touch is now synchronised with iTunes OK and all previous apps (re)installed. However, when I try to subscribe to the Sky Sports TV app it appears to accept my subscription but doesn't allow me access toi the service! iTunes shows this subscription as ACTIVE. I have tried removing and re-installing the Sly Sports TV app but the problem persists. Any ideas anyone?

How did you resolve this, just had exactly the same problem... on iPod Touch. Sub went thro all ok, says I'm subscribed but still asking me to subscribe and pay again!
This is the first device i've used it on too...

Playing sky sports app through my iPad to tv

Can not watch sky sports app from my iPad through the VGA adaptor to my tv, only sound comes out of tv and the picture just has sky sports on the screen, is there a setting to change this? Or is it restricted by sky from showing sky sports from my iPad, as all the other apps work fine like I player, itv etc please help.

Having trouble downloading Sky Sports App

I have a Blackberry Pearl 9105 and I am trying to download the following app (Sky Sports Live Football Score Centre) however, everytime I try to download this app it keep saying "Unavailable for this device". I have friends who have it on their Blackberry's who are unable to help me as they can't understand why it isn't working.

I have the same problem as well with the curve 9380 which is one of the latest devices. Other apps like whatsapp and screen muncher are unavailable as well.

My Sky Sports Soccer 6 app has disappeared from my home page but still appears in the settings section but I can't delete it or open it

From you home screen, swipe down on the middle of the screen in order to get the Spotlight Search feature to appear at the top. Type in the name of the app. If the app appears in the search - tap on it and it should launch. After it launches, double tap the home button and close it. This explains how to close it.

The App Store here (in the U.S.) shows a Sky Sports app for the iPhone. However, it is not free. It shows up here with a price of US$2.99.
By the way, there is no separate version for iPad.
