On both devices, go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account (if you haven't already done so), then turn on Find My iPhone. After doing so, you can track devices by signing in with the iCloud ID that the device you are trying to track is using, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f2442. You can do this from a computer by going to icloud.com, or from your iOS device by downloading the free Find My iPhone app from the App store.

How would a software update fix iPhones taking yellow pictures?

I am one of the unlucky owners of a yellow picture taking iPhone 4. I have read seveal other threads where people say that hopefully this can be fixed in a software update. Pardon my lack of iPhone prowess but I was just wondering, wouldn't writing a universal software update to fix the problem in one phone then change the software in a properly working phone, in turn potentially causing problems in those phones? In other words, how would they write a software fix that would KNOW which iPhone needed the correction while not impacting the iPhones that are already working fine?

I think all iP4's have this issue but it depends on the lighting. I have tested this on my phone and seven others. Outside in sunlight (about 5500K lighting) it works fine and white balance is very good. Under my Modeling Lights (3200K) still very good but when you get down to low wattage (40 watts) incandescent lighting (2500K) photos are very yellow. I think all iP4's suffer from this, at least the seven that I tested including my own. A software update can fix the way the white balance is corrected.

Once we find out which audio (existing files or live through the mic) we'll be able to offer suggestions.
For exisatinf audio, the first choice is obviously iTunes and sync, but I suspect it's the latter, in which case I'd recommend the free app: Megaphone Free.
It directs the sound picked up by the microphone to the headphone socket, so you can then just record the Line-in signal on the Mac.

Ever since accidentally opening a spam email yesterday my iphone 5 has not bee working right. Is there a chance that it is because of malware.

No, not jailbroken I wouldn't know how to do that! but now when try to load one webpage that i went to it tells me there is a runtime error. My iPad and pc are working its working with the wi-fi. noticed that when I turned off my wi-fi that the page would load. Weird. And then there is yesterday when playing the scrabble app. I clicked on an add and safari would open very briefyl and then automatically go to the app store. Are these Three things all coincidence and how do i fix the runtime error. I have tried deleting cookies and history, Turned off the phone and back on and then a reset. I am afraid to sync with pc in case of malware. Trying not to restore in case I mess it up even more. Please any more advice you can give me. Thank-you for replying

Since the iPhone 5 got discontinued how would apple replace my broken iPhone 5?

So as you all know the iPhone 5 has recently been discontinued due the 5c and 5s being released. But my iPhone 5 broke so does anyone know if apple would replace my phone? I'm going to the store soon but would just like some future info if anyone has any. Thanks!

What happened?! Yes they still have iPhone 5's at an apple store for things like this. They don't sell them at an apple store anymore but they can still trouble shoot them. They still support iPhone 4's. So you should be safe to take it in.
Make sure you have a back up and check your warranty status, you can do that here selfsolve.apple.com and put your serial number in there for the iPhone 5 and it should tell you your warranty status.

iTunes does not hold photos on your PC.

It's done outside of iTunes, e.g., by the camera wizard on a Windows PC or by iPhoto on a MAC.

I tried rebooting it but the slide to shut down never came and I;ve tried the home button and clicking the lock button but nothing is working.

Try resetting:
Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release...can take upwards of 30 seconds or so of button pushing.

An icloud account is designed to be used by one user. That user can have all his/her devices synced with the same Apple data (email, contacts, calendars, notes, reminders, etc.) . When two people use the same account, then problems usually occur when one user edits data that the other user doesn't want changed on their device. You can continue sharing the same ID for the itunes account in order to share the purchased music, apps, etc. itunes accounts and icloud accounts are different.
It's by far better that each user has his/her own icloud account.

A couple of other items:
1) I am guessing Apple does not keep a history of all my music purchases? As I did not have my entire library backed-up anywhere, and relying on the music I have on my ipod and my iphone as my only source of itunes music....I have lost over 500 songs!!!
2) I used to have an Apple account under another account name, and since have switched to a new account name. Is there anyway to find the history of purchases from my old Apple account name and transfer these over to my new account name and onto my new laptop?

The iphone/ipod is NOT a storage/backup device. Not maintaining a backup copy is a big mistake.
You can transfer itunes purchases from your iphone/ipod to your computer:
Authorize your computer for all accounts and then click File>Transfer Purchases
