1) Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

Contact whoever you got it from. If they can't or won't remove the lock, get your money back. If they won't do that, or you can't contact them, turn it over to the police. It's probably stolen.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock. -

Open Java Preferences (in Utilities folder)
Make sure Web-start applications are enabled.
Drag Java 32-bit to the top of the list.
jnlp isn't an audio file format. It's just a java web-start program (Java Network Launching Protocol). -

how can i unlock my ipod touch 3rd generation if i forgot the password? i dont mind erasing whats on it but how do i even do that? It wont even connect to itunes because of the passcode

This email was my apple idYou will wait for the rest of your life. You need to fix it; no one else will. To turn off "Find my iPhone" and its associated Activation Lock you need the Apple ID and password that were used to turn it on. If you know the Apple ID you can contact Apple Account Security and have them reset the password (after you prove you are the rightful owner of that Apple ID). see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
If you don't know the Apple ID the phone is permanently unusable. -
I got a request from apple to update my itunes and while uploading the update, the program gave an error message and now I can not open my itunes and fear that all my music etc is gone? what do I do to correct this problem?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)

Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

There are a multitude of questions/answers to go through to help you out, but those won't work unless you come to the forums and register an account. For instance, if you are on BES, then you need to go see your BES admins as they are in control. If you are on BIS, then there may be resolution steps you can attempt:
1) Register HRT:
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BBKey (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
