HT4113 On the 6th passcode attemp entered correctly, does the attempts will revert to zero?and does it need to wait to see the result?

i tried one failed then its ok on the second , after that i try it again with wrong passcode then it appears back to one failed attemps which supposed to be the 2nd failed? Or if you input the correct passcode it will revert to zero automatically? Or there is any interval? If you failed for the 6th attempt does the only way to this is to restore form my macbook or pc where i backed up the phone? Thanks

Server side flows will also timed out when flows are needed by CSS. In your situation I see 3 possible options
1. Increase flow timeout using "flow-timeout-multiplier number"
or
2. Use "flow permanent port1 "
It will prevent cleanup of the idle flows for specified port and will make these flows permanent. This can severly affect the scalibility as you may run out of available flows on the box. In order to reclaim these flows you can either manually (doing "no flow permanent port1" and then "flow permanent port1 " every night may be) remove these idle flows or can write a script to do that for you on CSS.
or
3. Add HeartBeat functionality in the application.

A user is receiving the error "the data entered is wrong, so it will revert to the previous value" when working in excel and having a smart-view adhoc open. it doesn't happen all the time (it is not predictable) but it does happen regularly (3-5 times per week). If the user disconnects all connections in smartview or restarts excel, it temporarily fixes the issue.
I have seen this error references in two other threads, not no answer. Can someone pelase help?

You must be using certain formulas in other sheets which will connect back to your retrieval sheet and get the refreshed data from there.
Try and use "Paste Values" to the formula columns to which you have once retrieved values from adhoc retrieval sheets. Hopefully this error should not occur then.

Redemption Code entered correctly does not generate serial number.

I am having a difficult time obtaining a serial number for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I purchased a boxed package from a local retailer. Inside the box is a redemption code that upon entering, a serial number is supposed to be generated. I made sure to be careful of ones and zeroes, to not mistake them for "I"s and "O"s . Upon entering the Red/Cd I receive a message that the retailer has not activated the software purchase. I go back to the retailer, tell them my issue and they exchange my s/w for a new box. I get home and the same problem occurs. My question: has Adobe changed the process for obtaining a serial number from a boxed software purchase? This is utterly frustrating. I cannot understand why Adobe would have a process for obtaining a serial number for legitimately purchased software that does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Please forgive me if I posted this to the wrong forum.

From Adobe support: "You cannot redeem the redemption code,it has to be redeemed by us". They handled the code redemption, the serial number retrieval and the product registration during my chat session. I asked the question what is the purpose of providing an enclosed redemption code and that question went unanswered. At the end of the day, I was able to get my serial number and activate the software.

I am trying to create a new web app using Central Administration in Sharepoint 2010 and getting an error "The password supplied with the username was not correct. Verify that it was entered correctly and try again".
I tried running this command also "stsadm -o updatefarmcredentials -userlogin <domain\username> -password <newpassword>" but when it got executed it showed me "Access Denied".
What should i do ??

right click on command icon and click run as administrator then use above stsadm commend to update credential. If still you face same issue then try with powershell as mention in below link: (make sure that you open sharepoint powershell as run as administrator)

You cannot use .mac or MobileMe as type of Account, you have to choose IMAP when setting up, otherwise Mail is hard coded to change imap.mail.me.com to mail.me.com & smtp.mail.me.com to smtp.me.com, no matter what you try to enter.
iCloud Mail setup, do not choose .mac or MobileMe as type, but choose IMAP...
On second step where it asks "Description", it has to be a unique name, but you can still use your email address.
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
          •          Server name: imap.mail.me.com
          •          SSL Required: Yes
          •          Port: 993
          •          Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
          •          Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
          •          Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
          •          SSL Required: Yes
          •          Port: 587
          •          SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
          •          Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
          •          Password: Your iCloud password
Also, you must upgrade your password to meet the new criteria: 8 characters, including upper and lower case and numbers. If you have an older password that does not meet these criteria, when you try to setup mail on your mac, using all of the IMAP criteria listed above, it will still give a server error message. Go to   http://appleid.apple.com         then follow directions to change your password, then go back to setting up your mail using the IMAP instructions above.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Boot to the Recovery HD:

My 3gs is magnifying my screen so that I can't access the "edges" of the screen - most functions won't work. I tried to reset "all settings" but I can't access the full keypad to enter my passcode. Re-boot does not solve this.

I have an Iphone 3gs - a little over one year old. It just started magnifying the screen so that many of the functions are not accessable. Scrolling is either very difficult or impossible. Erasing your Mac shouldn't harm your internal hard drive but erasing does clear Yosemite and everything else off of it. Are you not able to restore it with your Time Machine backup?

if it don't work on both wifi and 3g then likely it's the email account settings which are incorrect set
and you should go over them 1 by 1 with the guide from the email provider as how to setup their mail service
if it works over wifi but not 3g then likely your carrier blocks the port your mail provider require

Content and Apple IDs -
Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
