hi,
I lost my all important notes yesterday. Earlier i was using itunes old version and i used to sink with it. Last time i sinked was before 2 moths back. Yesterday i installed itunes 11. I just take backup and when backup was completed, i sinked my phone. But after that i lost my all important note and calenders data also.
I tried to check old backups but there is only backups of yesterday.

Restore from where?
Without a backup that contains the data there is nothing to restore.
If you only have backups from yesterday and have tried restoring them and the notes did not return, they are gone.

It sounds like notes on your devices may have synced when the email account was added, as described here:

Notes are associated with an IMAP email account or iCloud account. To sync Notes, enable Notes for each account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud.
You can stop syncing notes by tapping Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars or Settings > iCloud, tapping the email address that you added, and switching Notes to the off position.
Additionally, if your husband has backed up his iPhone to iTunes or iCloud, the steps in this article can help with recovering the lost notes from his device:

Yesterday I've upgraded my mac from 10.7.1 to .2.
Before upgrade I had all my notes in mail (synced in MobileMe) but after fisrt 10.7.2 reboot all my notes where deleted (on Me server too).
"Amen, I'll restore them tomorrow from Time Machine" I tought, but there was a surprise! If I go in Time Machine and I copy two .mbox archives of notes (one on Mac and one on MobileMe) in library folder, when I restart mail, program doesn't see them!!
How can I restore all my notes without restoring from time machine?

Photos in the Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera.

Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are included with the iPhone's backup and you chose to transfer the backup for your iPhone 3G to your iPhone 4 which replaced the Camera Roll comtents on your iPhone 4 with the Camera Roll contents on your 3G or that are incuded with the backup for your 3G. Had you selected to set up your iPhone 4 as a new iPhone instead, the Camera Roll contents that were on your iPhone 4 would not have been touched.
If you didn't import the photos that were in the Camera Roll with your iPhone 4 before choosing to transfer the backup for your iPhone 3G, the photos are gone and cannot be recovered. iTunes did what you instructed it to do.

The only possibility of restoring your notes would be to restore from a backup that contains those notes. If you have a recent backup, you could try that. I got a new iphone 6 and all notes would not transfer after quite some time. Last night I hand transferred notes one by one from old iphone 5 to new Iphone 6 using air drop. Then I deleted all notes from Iphone 5. This morning I discovered all notes were gone from iphone 6 and Iphone 5. Panic!!!
Before all this I made a back up of old iphone 5 about a month ago.
I only want to restore notes only. My son says i have to restore entire phone and he suggests restoring old iphone 5 and then air drop again. But then any new notes would be gone??? (which would be aceptable.
Looks like I was probably using live.com as the sync agent?
Any suggestions? Can I go to apple store with both iphones and will they be able to help me?

To recover iCloud data from Time Machine, close the application and also turn wifi OFF during the recovery, to avoid syncing back the old data. When found, copy the file and give it a new name. Turn on WiFi, the original file will disappear again. A short time later the new file will appear in iCloud.
To go to library folders, hold down the option key while using the Finder “Go To Folder” command.
Alternatively, go to the home folder and select the "Show View Options" at the gear wheel icon. Then select "Show Library Folder" at the bottom of the dialogue box.
That will take you to a folder in your user library. Then enter Time Machine with the folder highlighted.
RECOVER CONTACTS
~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook.
RECOVER NOTES~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes/Data/Library/Notes/
Copy the text to the clipboard. Create a new note and paste the text.
RECOVER DOCUMENTS
