HT4199 FB authentication to Apple is not resolving, IOS7 devices only. HELP :)

FB login authntication on web services via wifi, shows blank page on IOS7 devices only, Apple hung up in support twice so I guess they need to develop a fix For https domain login after FB Authentication

I even tried the same approach for default people picker field in a list. Restricted the field to SP group using 'Choose From' option. It also behaves in the same way, not
resolving people in Security group. As per this blog (http://community.bamboosolutions.com/blogs/bambooteamblog/archive/2008/10/09/how-does-person-or-group-column-really-work.aspx),
field doesn't enumerate the users contained in the Active Directory group for any matches

HT2280 apple tv not displaying in devices

have a apple tv 1st gen and is not diplaying in devices, have done factory reset and still not on.
please can any one help

It only appear in Devices when it is paired to sync or stream OR whe you are in teh process of configuring itunes to pair it.
If you have reset it, it will have forgotten teh settings to pair to itunes and won't appear.
Have you tried re-adding a pairing to itunes under Settings>Computers on AppleTV?

I have a plug in DVD writer to add my disk Adobe Acrobat onto my Macbook air, however, it says that I can't install as Apple do not support Microsoft programs, any help?

My disk will not install adobe onto my air as they say apple do not support microdot?

It may be worth saying, though you have probably figured it out now, that Mac don't run Windows apps and Windows doesn't run Mac apps. So if you go between them there is every chance that you will have to buy all of your apps again - if they are available on the new computer. This is a big deal and the cost of this should be budgeted in.

After changing laptops, i am unable to add songs into my iPhone 4. The song appears in the library but not in the device. Help!

I have not been able to add songs into my iPhone after switching computers. The mp3 format of these current songs are in the old laptop and i am unabe to retrieve them. In the new laptop, i am unable to add songs to my device, only to the iTunes library.

Best route here is to focus initially solely on the iTunes Library. Once it has all the Songs that you want, turn off iTunes Match, sign out of iTunes Store and restart the computer from cold.
Moving to the iPhone would suggest a restore and fresh link to the library post the following steps.
1. Sign in to iTunes Store;
2. Turn on iTunes Match - allow 3-step process to run to completion;
3. Make secure backup of library;
4. Force iPhone in to restore mode - hold down 'power on/off' with 'home key' for 10 seconds
5. Attach iPhone via USB to computer and follow 'restore' instructions in iTunes
6. Once complete synchronise with library as required
At this stage all required Songs should be on the iPhone - post iPhone back-up a good point to fully enable iTunes Match on the iPhone if required.

Apple will not let me install ITunes - Help

ITunes would not start - error Quicktime needs to be reinstalled. So I removed quicktime through the control panel and then went on the Apple site to reinstall Quicktime. Website kept saying "Thank you for installing....". So, I uninstalled ITunes too thinking that would help. Went back to Apple website and tried installing ITunes. Same thing, "Thank you for installing..." My computer does not have either program in it and the website will not let me install it. I do not know how to get it back on my computer. Please help

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? Are they also 80070002, or some other number? (If they're another number, what number are you getting?)

Incorrect apple ID, not the case...help

I recently purchased an album on itunes on a macbook pro, and tried to download the same album from the cloud to 3 additional authorized devices, and was told that the original item was not purchased with the same itunes ID. I recently upgraded to Lion, if that makes any difference. Any thoughts?

After several emails from Apple support team, they reset my password and all is well. Problem fixed and very professional response from Apple.

Apple TV not apearing as device in Itunes

I wonder if you could help. I'm not a computer whizz so all responses will have to be in plain english !
I have been using apple TV linked to my g5 foor several months now with no problems.
But the last few weeks when i have tried to sync with my computer the device is not appearing in itunes. The netwok is still fine as I can view moview previews, utube etc.
I have tried all the methods in the apple tv support but still nothing
I have a mac book pro and the device appears in that, but i don't want to sync with this computer as it does not have all my music i want to stream and all the photos i want to sync
I have now completly reset my apple tv so there is nothing on it but still it does not appear in my itunes.

IMHO, most problems of this nature are related to network settings, the difficulty of course being which network settings and with devices from a whole array of suppliers it's often not easy to pinpoint a common problem.
There does however seem to be a common issue after applying an itunes upgrade, where the upgraded itunes is seen by the tv as a new itunes library and not the one it is linked to, but itunes seems to recognise the tv as the one it has been linked to all along. The fix for this is to go to the 'sources' menu on the tv select 'syncing' and choose 'change itunes library' and enter the new pass code you are given into itunes.

HT201363 Apple is not sending me emails to help change my password.

I had a one year lag away from one of my Apple ID email addresses. Now I am unable to access that AppleID. Apple says it is sending me an email to reset my password but I have not received any. Is there something that happens to "jam up" an ID if not used for a while?

First, they send the email to your Rescue email address, not your regular email. If you don't see it there in the inbox, then be sure to check Junk mail.

Apple TV has disappeared as a device in iTunes. I have reloaded factory settings on the Apple TV and re-updated to v2 of software. Reloaded iTunes V7.6.1 and ensured that in preferences Apple TV is marked as "Look for Apple TV". Checked that wireless connections are all working. Please help...

You ran a defective third-party "utility" such as "CleanMyMac" or "MacCleanse" that purports to "clean up" "junk" files. What it really does is to corrupt the operating system and many applications.

i <3 Homesharing. I enabled it at home, and where I work I use a mac so I enabled it on that computer as well so I can listen to my own music library while on breaks/lunch =)
