HT4199 Wifi has to be reconnected every time I use iPad
If the internet connection is not used in a while I have to reconnect it in settings.

Since upgrading to ios6, all the family's apple devices (new ipad, 2 iphone4 & itouch) are having difficulty reconnecting to the home hub wifi network. I.e, every time the lock screen comes on, the wifi connection is lost when you reopen the device and we have to reconnect through settings. This appears to be an ios6 software issue.

I'd hate to think Apple is going down the Microsoft path, of passing untested software onto the user. What ever happened to Regression Testing, to ensure the existing functionality remains intact?

YouTube is not now part of iOS 6.
However, you can go to the App Store and do a search using YouTube. You can download several YouTube apps: YouTube (for the iPhone, a IPad app is in work), several users like Jasmine and YouPlayer.

Every time I close my Macbook Air and then go to use it again. My wifi is not connected, I have to go to the network diagnostics and basically find my network and reconnect every time. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
worksafe's link with the KeyChain fix is good.
This usually happens when KeyChain has two entries for the same WiFi network.
If repair did not work you can follow the manual steps:
Disconnect WiFi
Open KeyChain from Applications / Utilities and find your WiFi network entry(ies) and delete all of them.
Connect to your WiFi again. -
I am using the wifi network at home but every time I connect I have to my wifi password. Is there a way to have my wifi network per-identified on my iPad and once it's detected the iPad connects to it without having to put my password again???

Macbook air Wi Fi and sound stops every time it goes to sleep. i have to restart it every time to use wifi and sounds. this started happening just after the latest upgrade to OS X. any reasons why its doing that and how to fix it.
Test after taking each of the following steps. Back up all data before making any changes.
1. Make sure the network is on the preferred list by following these instructions. It's important to read the article carefully, as it's the starting point for any further efforts to solve the problem. If you skip any of the steps, the problem may not be solved.
2. Follow the instructions in this support article under the heading "Symptom: The network connection drops unexpectedly."
3. Make a note of all your settings for Wi-Fi in the Network preference pane, then delete the connection from the connection list and recreate it with the same settings. You do this by clicking the plus-sign icon below the connection list, and selecting Wi-Fi as the interface in the sheet that opens. Select Join other network from the Network Name menu, then select your network. Enter the password when prompted and save it in the keychain.
4. From the Location menu at the top of the Network preference pane, select Edit Locations. A sheet will drop down. Click the plus-sign button to create a new location. Give it any name you want. In the new location, set up the Wi-Fi service with the same settings you used before. Click Apply and test.
5. Launch the Keychain Access application. Search for and delete all AirPort network password items that refer to the network. Make a note of the password first.
6. In some cases, the problem has been resolved by repairing permissions on the startup volume.
7. Turn off Bluetooth and test.
8. Reinstall OS X. -
The disk drive in my iMac 8,1 has stopped working, so I now use an LG 8x Slim Portable that works. However, every time I use the LG drive, I lose contact with my Time Machine back-up drive that has to be deleted and reinstalled. Help!
It's not Logic that can't find them, it's your Komplete apps, though if you did exaclty as you say I can see no reason why they can't.
Do you know where the apps installed them in the first place? I chose a non-standard locarion for mine, but I'm sure it installs sounds to your documents folder/native instruments/name of app.
Go into the prefs of each app and choose the library location button on the library tab and point it to the relevant folder in documents/native instruments and see if that works

What modname and modver do you see for the error? (Precise spelling, please.)

How do you try to start the repair dialogue? By starting Aperture or by opening the Library?
If you not already have tried it with directly opening the library:
reveal your Aperture Library in the Finder
Whilst holding down Command(⌘)- option (⌥) double click on the Aperture Library.
Select "repair library" from the dialogue.
What about Frank Caggiano's questions above?
It would be really helpful to know, how many libraries you have, and if this problem is restricted to one of them. -

Reconnecting Referenced Files...every time I use the program! Help!
Every time I use Aperture, regardless of any outside variables I change, it inevitably unlinks nearly all the photos in my library, or will keep a third linked with no rhyme or reason. I've tested every variable I can think of, stopped using spaces, sent heated emails to our friends at Apple...nothing seems to make a difference. The program is a technological equivalent of a brick 50% of the time I open it.
These photos are on my main hard drive, not an external disk that gets put to sleep. This problem has occurred while I was in the middle of using the program, switched to finder, switched back.
Has anyone else had a problem with Referenced Files coming unlinked? Or Can anyone suggest an alternative program to Aperture that actually works?Ok, two things I've figured out with 10.5 and Aperture:
- If you use Spaces, it will eventually cause your referenced images to become unlinked.
- If you hide or minimize Aperture, it will eventually unlink the album you are working on, and eventually your entire library. Sometimes this problem can be fixed simply by restarting Aperture, but other times, if you let it sit for too long or your computer goes to sleep in this way, your whole library may come unlinked.
I (so far) haven't had any problems with this since I stopped hiding the application. It is a bug, but at least in my case I'm able to work around it by always keeping the window open if the application is open. -
Hi my itune on my PC has stopped working and every time i try to reinstall it it doesn't work properly and asks me if i want to totally remove itunes or replace/repair. I choose replace/repair but it just closes immediately and says it was interrupted...does anyone have any clues?

I have the same problem. One workaround is to clean your disk before running LiveCycledesigner. After you have cleaned up your disk LiveCycleDesigner will start a few times and you can work with it.
It is an Vista problem. LiveCycleDesigner 8.1 which is just released had fixed the problem so you can also download 8.1
