I cannot get itunes to download. I have a PC with windows 7. I had itunes but got a message that told me to uninstall and reinstall intunes. I uninstalled but now can't reinstall. How can I get itunes to install again? I click on the download itunes button and it immediatly takes me to the page that says thank you for installing itunes. But it doesn't install. I fixed the problem with the whole 'waiting' and not loading but now some of my apps won't open, what can I do?
- Try a reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

I bought and was charged for some music. It is not in check for available downloads or the purchased file. It does show up on my view my account recent purchases. Where could this music be? I recently recovered from an iTunes problem and had to uninstall and reinstall and finally manged to get everything back to work. Except for this most recent purchase which just happens to be my son's band so I would really like to have it.

Just had to replace iPad and itunes has following error. "iTunes was unable to load provider data from Sync Servies. Reconnect or try again later." I read that others suggest uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. If I do this, will I lose my old iPad's backup that I need to restore to this new one?
I've resolved the issue with iTunes constantly not responding. It's a bit embarrassing. I had a DVD in the drive that was corrupt, and once I was able to remove it - BAM - iTunes ran perfectly.
I'm still getting the Sync Services message, and my backups are still not showing in iTunes.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I have an iPad 1 & have been playing games on it for about a year and a half...recently I am having trouble with getting kicked out of various apps & it happens quite frequently. Is this something that could be related to the iPad1 since we are now up to an iPad 3? Are the apps having troubles because of the generation, or is it the app itself.....I just want it fixed & don't have any reason nor inclination to upgrade to a 3 right now. Anyone experiencing something similar? What do I do?
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

So I recently updated my iPod and it crashed while doing this and made me restore my iPod, which took off all of my apps and music. Once my iPod was restored I tried to dowload my music but then it told me to sign in to view billing information. I checked through it and when I pressed done it told me my payment method was declined, and then earlier today I tried to download a free app and the same thing happened.

When ever i try to create a video that is very dark such as when i record games like Amnesia Penumbra ect the quality it awful yet if i use a third party application it comes out as good as the orgional in imovie it is incredibley pixilated and has an very obvious green Hue. so i can i increase the quality of my video without having to use my thrid party applicaiton it rediciouls

Someone else bought an app on the store on my new computer. I had already purchased the app before on my old computer, so I deleted the app on my new computer that the other person purchased. I now want to download the app again through MY account. When I click INSTALL it asks for ID, but it shows up automatically with the other person's ID, so I delete that and enter mine instead. I then click SIGN IN, but then it says "Unknown error", then I click OK, then it says "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)". How do I get rid of all info of other people's IDs so I can get the app through my account again?
The app that I'm trying to download actually might have been a pirated app. But I deleted it, so why is it not letting me get it through my account?
