HT4236 pictures don't appear in order on the ipad

When I sync'd my pictures from my iTunes (10 - MAC) to my iPad (2), my pictures did not appear in the same order as they do in iPhoto (11). How can I fix this to reorganize my pictures to appear on my iPad in the correct order?

The report was developped on BO 6.5 and was published on WebI.
When I read the report with the HTML mode, the names of the colums appear.
When I read the report with the PDF mode, the names of the columns don't appear.
I try to read the report with the HTML mode and after, I try to save it in pdf but it doesn't work. (it is the operation of conversion of pdf which doesn't work - it's very long and... nothing appends)

This is the default column. I didnu2019t add column heading. But I replaced the name of the column by words.
I havenu2019t change the property of column heading.
It is a cross tab.

Audiobook files don't appear in order

I have an audiobook (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) on CD that I converted to AAC and then m4b. I've named the artist "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and the album titles are the chapters. The problem is, whenever a chapter was seperated on two different CDs, the section from the first CD appears after the section from the second CD. The result is that the last half of the chapter comes before the first half on my iPod. This stays the same no matter what I name the "songs" (even if the alphabeticle order is correct - so it will be in incorrect alphabeticle order when it does this). Does anybody know why it is doing this and/or how I can fix it? Thanks for any replies.

You'll love it once you get things working the way you want. I have all of the Harry Potter books on my iPod.
In iTunes go to your audio book so that all of the "songs" are listed. Then click on the Date Added column. You may have to click on it once or twice until the first track on the first CD is at the top. The rest of the tracks and CDs should line up correctly now. If it does, sync your iPod.
You may also want to setup a Smart Playlist where the album is your Harry Potter book and "Play Count = 0." This way once it has played a track it will disappear off the list leaving the current track you are listening to as the first track in the Playlist. That way if you go listen to something else and come back you know exactly which track you are at. And since you have the the tracks formatted so it keeps track of where in the track you left off, you are ready to go right away.

How to get photos in the correct order on the Ipad

I am sure many people ask this but I have tried many methods and am unable to get my Ipad photos to be in the correct order in my albums. I have over 800 pictures and 4 folders and when I sync them they end up jumbled within my albums. On my windows PC in they are in the correct order i want them to be. I renamed all of them in the order. I also changed the date taken (They are set to the same date and time). Is there a way to fix these jumbled, out of order photos? It is just extremely frusterating... Seriously apple, you can create siri but you cant let us arrange our pictures, let alone delete them without hooking up to itunes??? Quite a disappointment! Anyway thanks for answering and your help! P.S. I have an Ipad 3

TS1500 NO dialog appears when I attach the iPad to the computer.

This gives me a BIG headache:
While connecting the iPad to the computer I HEAR the connecting sound
(also when I disconnect the iPad) but I DON'T SEE the iPad in any window.
Supposedly there is a simple fix but I'm a newbie and get lost in this mayhem

I am asking for help because the recently installed iTunes app keeps turning off
so I cannot transfer videos. Erasing and re-installing iTunes did not help at all...

To just add a little more to this discussion - when you connect the iPad to your Mac - if iTunes does not start on its won - launch the application yourself. Then - as Ralph is saying - your iPad should appear on the left hand side of the iTunes window under the Devices heading. After you click on the iPad on the left side to select it - then the so called "iPad management screen" should appear. That management screen is what you see in the iTunes window on the right. You can click on the Photos Tab at the top of the screen to get to the area where you can manage your photos in iTunes.

How do I stop my text/imessages from going to my iMac? I don't mind them going to the iPad, but not my iMac.

Open Message application. Open preferences and Accounts. Sign out of iMessage or disable it.
Notification Center: Open notification center preferences and select Messages. Choose no alerts and not show in Notification Center.

Solid yellow block appearing behind text on the iPad.

I am having an issue with a small yellow block about 8 characters long that appears when I preview a file on the ipad. It does not show up inside the program only upon exporting for preview.
Have checked to make sure there are no random shape boxes, text boxes, etc., behind. Deleted all the text and the pages and it still shows up when I add the text back. Thought it might be related to imported text so I dumped the text into text edit before copying and pasting. Still the same result.

You have to be running iOS 5 in order to update via the iPad settings. You are running 4.3. You will have to update via the latest version of iTunes on a computer. After you update to iOS 5.1.1, you will be able to do OTA updates from the settings on the iPad.
