HT4314 Can you delete game date on a Game Center account?

I'm new to this but basically I want to restart a game I'm playing (Animal Voyage - Adventure Island), I have tryed resetting my Ipad and uninstalling the game but it keeps taking me back to the same point of the game, so I'm assuming its because the data is saved to my game center account.
Any help much appreciated.

Apps are always tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase/download them. They can't be transferred/shared with another Apple ID.
Since you will be the user of the app, just purchase it.

  • How do you delete game center without deleting the data from the games?

Our family has 4 apple products all assigned to one apple id.  When my son set up his game center account it link all of your games together.  We have tried many times to delete it without any luck.  Is there any way to delete in with out wiping out his data and purchases from the games?

  • HT4314 i have 2 game center account with 1 apple id  but it will only access one account. it says the other id is used but i cant change . help.

I have a game center account that has 2 accounts in the same apple id. the problem is i can only access one account. when i try to type in for the second account it says already taken. How do i change to the 2nd account with the same apple id? Please help.

that's the issue, you bought the OS online so Donald is right, it is being mailed to you. post the URL where you bought it.
the 'app store' is an application running on OSX itself where you can DL software.
so, you have to wait for mountain lion to arrive.
if you want to get a clean OS on your machine now, do this
reboot holding down command/option/R (hoping your machine supports this)
open disk utility, erase your HD so you have a single mac journaled partition
choose install OSX on this HD
let it run. from what you said, you will be back on lion.

  • Can I change Game Center account that is linked to clash of clans

HI so when I first got the game Clash Of Clans i was just
messing around with it and linked it to my parents game center/iTunes account unknowingly. Well now that I have actually gotten to like the game and such I want to like it to my own iTunes/Game Center account. So basically I want to change   the current Game Center account that it is linked to, to a my
own game center account but I do not know if this is possible
or how how to do it. Would I have to Call apple or supercell?.. Please help thank you

It looks like you have multiple Apple IDs (which are linked to Gamecenter). Try putting each of them one at a time in Settings>Gamecenter and loading COC after logging into one. Or if you have both devices, you can open CoC on the old one, you can use the option to transfer your village to a new device (I'm assuming you know where that is...you are a th8).

  • HT4314 If you use Game Center does it use data charges on your bill?

Can someone tell me if you are playing games on Game Center does it charge on your account as data charges?

This weekend, the AT&T tower near our home failed.  We had no AT&T cell service whatsoever.  During this time, our home WiFi was always running at 100%.  No iMessage would go through, nor could any iMessage be received.  Both my and my wife's iPhone 4S were connected to the home WiFi and were used with it.  Two things did not work: cell service and iMessage.
I think that iMessage seems to rely on the phone data plan, or at least the cell service must be in range to use it.

  • HT4314 Can I transfer Game Center data stored in one Apple ID to a new Apple ID?

My son signed up for Game Center with my Apple ID last year.  All of his game data is saved in my account.  He now has his own different Apple ID.  I would like to transfer his data out of my account into his account so that his iPod needs no access to my Apple ID.  Is this possible?

No, it is locked to the Game Center ID used

Ended up with three accounts due to changing server, can no longer download apps or buy games, how can I delete useless accounts, please help

Deleting the App Store app from the Dock is not really a solution though is it? This issue has nothing to do with whether you have auto-updates on or not either.
The problem is worse than just the red badge on the app's icon in the Dock, the problem is every time you go to the App Store Updates section to manually install updates -- to other apps, OS X, or whatever, that **** iMovie app is still sitting there waiting to be updated too. You can't really use the "Update All" button now because that will also try to update iMovie, again.
Surely there must be some way to remove the iMovie app from the Updates section of the App Store? I thought hiding/removing it from the Purchases section of the App Store would do that, but it doesn't. It looks like a bug in that the App Store doesn't realise the update is incompatible with the hardware until after you click the Update button. It should know up front that it isn't compatible with this machine and not show it.

  • Can you see game center games?

Good afternoon all!!! This is simply a place to input our experience with Game Center...
My experience is that I was successful at starting the account with my current apple id, but I am not seeing any games in the "Games" section. When I touch the "Find Game Center Games", it takes me to the Game Center web site on the Apple site through Safari.
Please let me hear your success and unsuccess stories

  • How can you delete an app without losing saved data/progress?

How can you delete an app without losing saved data/progress? Is there a way through iCloud? I have an 8gb 4th gen iPod touch. I have a lot of music, so with 8gb, space is limited. Some apps I have take up 20-30 MB. Some of these games I don't play that much, but I don't delete them because I have made a lot of progress (levels, scores, acheivements). It would be nice to delete some of these 30 MB apps that take up precious space, and them redownload them in the future when I have more space, but without having to start the whole game over.
Also, I read somewhere that there might be a way to do this with iCloud, but I don't really know how.
    Thanks!

This is the only way I know of.  It is messy though.

  • HT4314 Can you have multiply Game Center accounts on one apple id

Can you have multiply Game Center accounts on your apple id

After 2 hours worth of searching with no answer, I decided to run a test and it worked. This is what I did to have multiple Game Center IDs on iOS7. (People responding may have over looked this detail because they assumed it was obvious, but it wasn't)
Answer: you MUST have multiple Apple ID accounts, however, you use the main one to log in to SETTINGS > ITUNES & APP STORE.
    1. I deleted the Alternate Email Address associated with my account
    2. I created an entire new Apple ID with this email address
    3. I login in to SETTINGS > ITUNES & APP STORE with my original Apple ID (credit card on file)
    4. I login to Game Center, iCloud, etc... with my kid's NEW Apple ID
So purchasing still goes under our shared account and game center, iCloud, etc... go under my kid's Apple ID.

  • How can you delete a game center account?

How can delete a game center account?

    Hi 5pkoach,
    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you want to delete or change the Apple ID that is used with Game Center on your iPad Air. The article linked below provides information that should help you change the device configuration.
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
    Game Center
Tap Settings > Game Center. If you see the option to sign in, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap Sign In.
    Learn more
See how to to sign in with a different Apple ID in other services.
You might need to wait 90 days for some iTunes in the Cloud features to work.
If you already updated your Apple ID email address and your device keeps asking you for the password to your previous Apple ID, you can temporarily change your Apple ID to resolve the issue.
If you want to remove your Apple ID from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can delete your Apple ID and remove all of your information from the device.
    Ciao,
    -Jason
