Can you have multiply Game Center accounts on your apple id

After 2 hours worth of searching with no answer, I decided to run a test and it worked. This is what I did to have multiple Game Center IDs on iOS7. (People responding may have over looked this detail because they assumed it was obvious, but it wasn't)
Answer: you MUST have multiple Apple ID accounts, however, you use the main one to log in to SETTINGS > ITUNES & APP STORE.
1. I deleted the Alternate Email Address associated with my account
2. I created an entire new Apple ID with this email address
3. I login in to SETTINGS > ITUNES & APP STORE with my original Apple ID (credit card on file)
4. I login to Game Center, iCloud, etc... with my kid's NEW Apple ID
So purchasing still goes under our shared account and game center, iCloud, etc... go under my kid's Apple ID.

varjack: I guess we're just talking about semantics at this point. What I was saying is: you absolutely can have multiple accounts in Game Center and still use the same Apple ID to sign in / make purchases across multiple devices - which I think was what the OP was asking. I would call them "Game Center accounts" instead of Apple IDs because you never actually log into your device using those accounts - only Game Center. What you are saying is that they are also Apple IDs. Either way, the terminology is confusing.
Suffice to say: the OP can have multiple accounts through Game Center - one for each device - but still keep the "main" Apple ID for making purchases and sharing apps across both devices. To do this, make a new account in Game Center for the second device.
Luisno9: If you're asking is it possible to merge the data from the two accounts, my guess is no. If you're asking how to log in using only one account excusively, you could try deleting the second account (if that's possible - I haven't tried), although I'm sure you'd lose your place in the game. Finally, if nothing else works I'd suggest only opening your apps using the same method each time to avoid the problem. Sorry that's not more help!

Get a separate Apple ID for one of the phones. Or turn OFF iCloud contacts synching on the one you do not want contacts to synch.

The problem with making separate accounts is that this is a laptop, so likely not a huge hard drive, and if the three iTunes libraries need to have a lot of the same music (because everyone or two or three like some of the same stuff) you end up with double or triplicate copies of the music on the hard drive eating up drive space. Since they don't use his laptop normally, creating more accounts (with all the associated files and drive space usage each account would eat up) it probably isn't worth it.
Instead, the best approach is like Chris said, to make playlists for the girls in the main library and then set up the various iPod to either sync everything (if big enough) or sync only specific playlists (if not big enough).
Alternatively, they can set their iPods to manual syncing and then when Dad is visiting they can hook up their iPods and "shop" the library and drag in whatever they want to add to the iPods and delete what they no longer want.

You can have only one iCloud "user configuration" per local user on the Mac. Who the local user belongs to doesn't mind. Since it's a local user it's not related with who actually uses it. So let's say you want to set up Photo streaming using your iCloud user, just configure iCloud (under System Preferences) the same way you did on your phone and you're done.
But, beware: if you're only interested in synching photos, uncheck everything else when configuring iCloud on the Mac, otherwise you will merge, for example, your husband contacts, calendar and mail with those on your phone.
If you want to avoid any problems you can easily create another local user on the Mac with your name, under System Preferences, System, Users & Groups. After you create the user, logoff. The Mac will ask if you want to disable autologin (since there's more than one user that can log in now), answer yes and you will be presented with a logon screen. Click on your account name, insert the password and configure iCloud to sync with your phone.

Is it possible to have more than one Game Center account under one Apple ID? My wife and I share an ID, but want different accounts so that we can play each other. It must have been possible because we were somehow doing that before IOS 6. If I log on using the apple ID I am in my wife's account and I can see me there as a friend, so the account is there. I just can't access it. I really want to challenge people, with the Game Center update! Please help.

I have 2 Game Center accounts on my apple ID, which I set up on my IOS 5 devices. When I updated to IOS 6, I could no longer get onto one of my accounts. There is no place to log on using your nickname, only your apple ID. On my wife's account I can see myself there as a friend and I cannot seem to access the account though. I have read a few reviews about this but they seem a bit outdated now that IOS 6 is here. Can anyone help?

that's the issue, you bought the OS online so Donald is right, it is being mailed to you. post the URL where you bought it.
the 'app store' is an application running on OSX itself where you can DL software.
so, you have to wait for mountain lion to arrive.
if you want to get a clean OS on your machine now, do this
reboot holding down command/option/R (hoping your machine supports this)
open disk utility, erase your HD so you have a single mac journaled partition
choose install OSX on this HD
let it run. from what you said, you will be back on lion.

Yes I did. I have created two with same apple ID. Just go to the game center and click on create new account. Choose the nickname you would like and your going to have it.

Yep, but each person will need their own Apple ID. There's no way to have multiple accounts in Game Center using a single ID. Then sign in/out using the different ID's. Must be verifiable email addresses. You can create an ID here:

and if u wanna know how did this happen i'll tell u..... well the first thing i made a game center account on my friends account so he doesnt knows the password cuz my iphone wasnt updated 4.1 it was 4.0 so i didnt have game center anyways.... i forgot that i made a game center on my friends phone so when i updated my phone i did a game center account on the old apple id which i did on my friends phone and then i linked the game center to my high noon account so i played and played...... then when i logged into high noon it told me to put my password and then i couldnt log onto my high noon account i putted my name in high noon it says this account is already taken by the account Striker so then i couldnt do anything
So i wanna seperate both game centers from my apple id and make it on another one please is there any way please tell me

Welcome to the Apple community.
An apple ID is an account. If your family require that their contacts, calendars etc are separate from each other, they all need their own Apple ID (account).
iCloud is a different service from iTunes, you can all use different Apple IDs for your iCloud service, would use the same ID for iTunes, thereby being able to share your music, apps, books, TV shows and movies et cetera.
