Actually i didn't receive 55 cash point from the game of Derby Days (Com2uS Inc.)  I found it via i purchased the cash point, the games is without connection for very long time ago. 
I can't contact them, can you help me to deducted(refund) for US$4.99.

Thanks for your information.  Actually i did want to try your suggested method to report my issue.  But I can't go to that report page.  I don't know why, i tried in differnt pc and reopen and clsoed the account for serveral time.  Anyways, I found another method to report my issue.

    You can send over WiFi, but it sounds as if you need to setup your Gmail account, or did you do this already?

    If the email's not in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    If you purchased a subscription, there is no serial number. Sign in with your Adobe ID to license the software.

    I've been struggling with a similar issue myself and just figured it out.  Some of my content had been purchased with an older Apple ID that I don't use any more.  When I authorized my second computer, I only authorized it for my new Apple ID, not my old one.  When I tried to copy my library to the new computer, many songs, apps, etc. reported the error "could not be copied because this computer is not authorized".  It drove me crazy because I knew the computer was authorized and much of my library came over just fine.
    Finally I selected some of the problem items, selected "Get Info" from the menus, and saw that they were all purchased by my old Apple ID.  I then authorized my old Apple ID on my new computer, and all of my files are copying correctly now.
    Would be great if the message said something like "...because this computer is not authorized for Apple ID [email protected]"
