We have one appleid and have created two game center login names under that one apple id. now we can only access one of the logins. does anyone know how to get to the other account

This is to avoid piracy. What could happen is, people could buy music, and give it away for free online. Usually it is then you buy a complete album off iTunes that it will only be available on one device. It is tied to that account, and the device must be registered to that account to listen to it.

To give other users read-only access to your library, use the Sharing features of iTunes. Sharing works over the local network as well as on the same computer. See the built-in help for details.

It sounds like you have an iCloud account, and want to create one for your wife using the same iCloud account. You can do this with an iCloud Alias, and this article will help you do that. Keep in mind that any and all purchases made with the alias will not be transferrable or merged with another account if she wants to have her own account down the road.

OS X installers have always been fairly specific, hardware-wise. I haven't read anything reflecting that situation with the Recovery HD, so it may be that the Recovery HD created for the MacBook Pro does not have the necessary drivers for the Mac Pro. Obviously, nothing definitive here, but a possibility.

I recommend starting with a soft reset (pressing both home and power button until you see the apple then let go of the buttons) once you back on the home screen if you iPad still doing the same thing you may want to try a back up and restore

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Sync with only one iTune/iPod account and have EVERYTHING EARSED

I've up dated to 7.11 and when I plug my iPod 40G photo in, I get message that you can only have one iTune/iPod per computer account...trouble is that THIS IS THE COMPUTER I started my iPod with!! Now it wants to sync and earse all my songs but better yet 8,000 songs are missing in the library!!
I also have 3 other iPods and none will be allowed in the library!

Connect your iPod to your computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
You can use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. While connecting the iPod to the computer on Windows with iTunes 7 installed hold down the Control and Alt keys (or Shift + Ctrl keys in older versions). This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. Once you are safely connected if you can't reinstate your library from your computer then there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. This is just a selection, you'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.

Connecting DVR to Airport Extreme for remote viewing of my home 16 camera system. I have tried for 2 days and still stuck. I have secured a dyndns account and have had no luck for 2 days. A detailed list for an amateur would be much appreciated.

I have been trying for 2 days to connect my home camera dvr to the internet through my Airport Extreme. I have read several previous posts on this topic and have not been able to get this completed. I secured a Dyndns account and registered a host domain. I am not clear on which ip address to use and really which is which. Seems like the ip address for the router is different from the ip address that showed up when I secured my dyndns host name. I used the one that was listed on the signup that staed " your ip address is". I have read up on port forwarding and watched UTube and still no luck. Can someone walk me through a steo by step process on how to get this completed? I want to be able to watch my cameras from my iphone, ipad, macbook pro and the internet. I do have a manual that came with the DVR but it seems everything is setup for Windows and a different router, seems like the AE router had different settings. I can usually figure these things out eventually but I am really stuck this time. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

HT1212 My 7 year pls has forgotten her passcode for her iPod touch. I have put it into recovery and through iTunes tried to restore. But it will only let me also try to update it with iOS 6.1.3 which no longer allows the bypass of the passcode. Can anyone

My 7 year old has a passcode on her iPod touch. She forgot it, after multiple attempts at what it could have been, it comes up with disabled etc.....I have tried it in recovery and hooking it up to iTunes (which the device has been previously synced up to) to restore. But the problem I am having is it only gives me the option to update also, to iOS 6.1.3 with the new bug fix which it won't allow you to bypass the passcode. It gets a little into the downloading, turns the iPod on and then asks for the passcode to continue?! I am at a loss as to what to do now, as every forum says put it in recovery and restore. I can't use the 'find my iPhone' app as the iPod is offline. I've tried it on a laptop not prev synced up to and get the same problem. Has any one got any ideas!

Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall.

IPhoto won't read any of my portrait photos, only the landscape ones. They only show up as black portraits and I already erased them off my memory card. Any idea how to retrieve them or fix the problem?

I am using a 16 GB Sandisk Extreme Pro SD Card with a Canon EOS 60D camera and my files are saved as .raw on the memory card. I imported all my photos into iPhoto and then clicked the 'delete photos', as I always do after I imported by pictures, but when I went through my pictures I saw some black rectangles. It appears that all my portrait-orientated photos are just black whereas my landscape photos are perfectly fine. My portrait potos did turn up on my camera screen when I checked them through as I took them but now they're gone. Any idea if this is a software problem with iPhoto, an error with my memory card or even my camera? I've experienced this problem a bunch of times and it's really starting to annoy me that I'm losing all my photos.

What version of iPhoto?
Select one and rotate it. Then rotate it back. Does that make it appear?
A much better work flow is the keep the photos after importing. Check the success the import, wait for at least one successful backup cycle then use you camera's format command to reformat the card
