The remote control is missing and I would like to set up home sharing. Do you have to have the remote or can you use iPhone or iPad?

You need the Remote unless the iDevices are already configured for the unit.
Sounds odd that you should have lost the Remote without even setting up the basics.

If you already had the FindMyiPhone feature set up, you left wifi on, the iPod had not yet been restored and some other conditions were met then yes. Other wise no.

You will be deleting their data from your iPhone, but not from their iCloud account.
If you used your Apple ID on your friend's device just to use the Find my iPhone app, you will not be signing out of his/her Apple ID, but remember to use the Find my iPhone app. You do not need to change anything in Settings application

oh okey, no worries, So have you signed into your account that you use at home on the itunes on your Work pc,
Then at the Top of itunes where there are selection File, Tools etc there will be one that says Store, click on that and then Go down to the One that says Authorise PC and click that, you might have to put your passwork again, then sync your phone and it will all be on your work pc, as long as you synced your phone at home recently then you will have a back up of your stuff there anyway.

If any of the photos were in photo stream, you can access them from another device by signing into your iCloud account.
If you've backed up the phone, you can use the back up to restore to your replacement phone.

GPS only works offline when you have a Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad. If you don't have one, you will have to buy a peripheral to use GPS function and the map from the App Store, for example, from TomTom

Not through iCloud, but are they still on your iPad or iPhone? Open Photos, then go to the Albums and see if they are still in the main Camera Roll rather than My Photo Stream. If they are in there, it would be a good idea to sync the devices to a computer so you can store the photos.

This is an easy fix. You indicate that you get these emails just fine on your desktop, so they are not getting lost. They are just not making it to your iPhone or iPad. This tells me that you need to change the preferences of the accounts on your desktop machine. Each account will have a setting for what to do with mail on the server after you have checked it. The choices are to leave on the server, or to delete it.
If you have it set to delete, it won't be there when you later go check your mail from your mobile device. Most of the people I see post here with email issues have the opposite problem from you. They check their email from the phone during the day, then can't get it on the desktop later. It sounds like your iPhone and iPad are already set to leave on server.
All you have to do is go into your mail client on the desktop and in the individual preferences for each account change this setting. You may also want to check how you have deleted mail set up. It also can be set to be removed immediately, at a later time (like a week, month), or never. If you have it set to delete it won't be in your trash folder.

If I add a new contact in iPad Air it appears on iPhone. If I delete this new contact on iPhone it is also deleted on iPad. But the whole contacts of iPhone cannot be imported in iPad.
Please help me! Who has any idea?

Please try the following…
First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
