You will have to use a universal printing app, such as Print Central or Print n Share. Look in the app store for printing options.

How to print our several Billing documents in one spool request?

Hello all,
I encountered a problem while printing billing document.
Currently, we only can use VF02 to change billing document's condition type and print out Billing document. It's troublesome and waste a lot of time to change output condition type in each Billing document.
Is there a function that will list all the billing document, so we can print the selected billing document by pick this billing documents and send to printer.
If my description is confusing, Please let me know.

Thanks for ur reply. But there is still some problem about this.
Let me introduce the special setting for our company's system:
There are 2 output condition set in SAP.
1. First one-ZD00, it will process automatically and send to a archive software. but won't print out. all of our billing document are using this output condition.
2. Second one-ZD01, manual print out. If we need to print out the billing document, we can go to header--output, select this output condition in the dropdown list, then set sent to Local printer. save and quit. the billing document will be printed out.
I had tried Txn VF31 and SE38.
1. If use repeat processing method, only pull out the billing documents with ZD01 output.
2. If use initial processing method, only pull out the billing document with output condition-ZD00 which hasn't been sent to the archive software yet.
So I still can't reprint the billing document with Output condition-ZD00 which has been already sent to archive software.
Sorry for the complex situation, but it's very important that we need to reprint these billing document. hope u can help me to solve this problem....

HT4356 How do you conver a Page document to PDF when there is no printer available

I purchased a $400 printer last year..now I cannot use it with my IPAD3 because it has to be an Air Print printer.
I need to convert my Page document to PDF and the only way to do that is to go to Print a document...but, when
I get there it tells me that I don't have a printer...Therefore, I cannot get to PDF conversion...
I thought Apple have an incredible group of smart software engineers ...what happened?
Now, I have to go and buy another $400 printer to be able to convert a document to PDF?
I bought this IPAD3 for my wife since she is not a computer expert but, so far I see that this is a product more compicated than a personal computer.
The hardware is great but, so far my wife has a hard time to use the Apps I got for this IPAD...I'm a software programmer working for a major computer company and I also have a hard time trying to get these functions to work...

Under "Share and Print", tap "Email Document", then choose PDF. Alternately, tap "Sent to iTunes", "Copy to iDisk", or "Copy to WebDAV" and then choose PDF...

Try:
uninstall all printer manufacturer apps and "utilities"
go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Print
control-click on your printer in the column on the left
select "Reset Printing System..." and "reset" in the dialog that follows
do a factory reset on your printer. You'll have to consult the printer manual for how.
if you connect to your printer via wifi:
power down everything: modem, router, computer, and printer
power up each item in turn in the same order: modem, router, computer, and printer. Let each power up completely before moving on to the next
enter your wifi password in your printer so it can connect to the network
go back to printers & scanners and it should see your printer and download a driver for it from Apple
see if it works.
If it doesn't work, try going to the printer manufacturer's website and see if they have updated software.
If that doesn't work, try going to gutenprint Gutenprint for Mac OS X and see if there is an alternate driver for your printer.

It could be that your printer doesn't play nice with InDesign's booklet feature. We have a bizhub, and there is no combination of settings from the InDesign booklet print that will make the orientation come out right. Fortunately, the bizhub has a booklet feature in its printer driver, so I use that instead.

I have Adobe Reader 9; Windows Vista Home Premium; HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless printer. I have downloaded a document that is pre-set to print in color. I want to print it in black or gray scale. I click on the printer icon for the printing pop up. When I click on the Properties bar to make the request for black or gray scale, nothing happens. I have only had the experience when I have downloaded a link from within an email to my Hotmail account when the download has already been set up in color. To date, I have not had that problem with Word. There are specifically two situations regarding two different monthly emailed newsletters. This is through Internet Explorer 8; Windows Vista Home Premium. (I will not use Internet Explorer 9. It causes blocks for routine procedures, especially involving my Hotmail account--such as not being able initially to download a normal attachment or, if downloaded, not being able to print a normal download attachment.) However, after I sent out my request for help, I switched to Mozilla Firefox and was able to print the "color" download in black right away because the Preferences bar responded as it should. (Through Internet Explorer 8, regarding this particular link/download/attachment, the printing pop up had a Properties bar. However, I am aware that, in some other pop up formats, there are both a Properties bar and a Preferences bar to choose from.) I have Mozilla Firefox as a backup because, sometimes, I have to resort to it to download email attachments (whether black or color) coming from the east coast when they will not download through Internet Explorer 8. (I am near the geographic center of the US.) Thank you for your interest in my concern. I will gladly accept any advice regarding being able to print an email attachment/link color download in black when using Internet Explorer 8! Does it depend on how the link attachment is set up or what the link attachment is??

I want to print the invoice using the program RSNAST00,
but when i fill in selection screen with the following details,
Output Application : V3
Object Key : Billing Document Number
Output Type : ZPFM
Transmission Medium : 1
But it is throwing an Information Message "0 outputs were processed in total (0 successfully,0 incorrectly)
So please guide me, what are settings i have to do and what abap code i have to write to overcome this error.

As you told I am using the function module RV_MESSAGE_DIALOG in my program when I directly execute my program its not printing invoice,but when i keep the break point and execute a pop up comes in which i click on the PRINT button that time it is printing the invoice.
But I dont want to click on Print button manually, my code should automatically take care of printing also.
Can guide me in this issue.

First check to see if its in the list of airprint enabled printers then folow instructions in article. If its not, then there are other options.

Printing a range of documents

Hello everyone,
I've searched this forum and the SBO help for information about how to print a range of documents. Do anyone knows how I can print more than one document? I'm not referring too many copies of the same document
Also, I tried to configure SBO for printing every service call that's created but I couldn't find this document configuration. I found invoices, orders, etc but no Service Calls.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible? and if it's not possible, can I do this with an addon?

For you to print a range of documents go to Sales AR->Document printing. Then from that window you can print a range.But this does not have anything from the service module.
