Can't get Apple TV to "find" my Iphoto's? It used to, but now it's not listed.
Was having the same trouble this morning. I had to have computer open w/ iTunes open at the same time.

I am trying to attach a document that was created on the same computer to an email. i continue to get an error message that indicates the document is in use, that i must close it, and retry. i can't find where it is in use. i have closed "word" which is the application it was created using. i have restarted the computer multiple times, no luck. what do i do, to reconcile this issue?

If you have not already done so, shut down MBA, restart, and try again. If the camera still does not work, use all relevant suggestions from Apple's http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090.
(Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your Mac's built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)
If your troubleshooting proves that yours is a Skype-specific problem (your cam works in more than one user account with Apple apps) that remains even after you have updated to the latest Skype version that is compatible with your Mac OS, Skype's comprehensive support system should best be able to help you use their product with your system.
You can search or post for help with your problem in Skype's dedicated Skype Discussions for Mac. The Skype users who post there may have already solved your problem.
If nothing else works to fix your Skype, you can even sign in and ask for email help directly from Skype's Technical Support people.

On my iPad Mini, when I delete an email from the inbox (and it goes into Trash), it immediately deletes that email from the server (ATT/Yahoo). I've called support for both ATT and Apple and can't find a way to have the emails remain on the server.
My husband and I share an email address and if he misses a day checking email on his notebook, he doesn't receive the items that I have sent to Trash on my iPad Mini.
Appreciate suggestions.
[The curious thing is, if I "move" the deleted emails from Trash on my iPad Mini into the Inbox, I can go to my notebook, open my online email and they are back in my ATT/Yahoo Inbox.]Is your Yahoo account set up as POP3 or IMAP?

In order for you to be able to see content on your Apple TV from your Mac, you need to set up Home Sharing on the Mac. You can do this by following the steps in this article -

if the router is set not to broadcast SSID you have to manually type in the SSID
if the router is set to use mac filtering then you need to add the mac address of the appletv to it's list -

After a power outage Apple TV can't find date and time - just keeps spinning on that screen. Tried powering off Apple TV, the computer, and the router. Tried to restart Apple TV. Tried to restore Apple TV, but it got stuck again setting time/date.

The device is locked to Verizon wireless not a Russian cell provider.
You can use Verizon here in the states. Get a Verizon Sim.
In out of the country use, pop in that Sim and it should work. However Verizon does not unlock for use in the USA.
And you must be a Verizon customer to get it unlocked to use in other countries. Apple claims it will work in other countries.

What if I Tunes can't find the album artwork for some of my CDs' within the i-tunes store? There should be a way for it to download the Album Artwork automatically anyway ,shoild'nt there?My friens do it with all there CDs' but they moved.They do it with CDs' that i-tunes do'nt even know exist .I just can't figure it out .Any advice or help out there ?

HT201320 How do you limit number of emails in the inbox? After update, 2000 emails reappeared.
After updating to OS7, I now have a mailbox full of old emails, some that were deleted years ago. I used to be able to limit the mailbox size to 50 emails. Is that option still available? If so, where is it? Thanks

Can't install 5.0 Pages on Mac
