HT4428 I continue to get the HDCP playback error when I attempt to use NetFlix.

This is beyond the point of frustration, and getting to the point of Apple technical error. Every time I try to use NetFlix on my Apple TV, I get an HDCP playback error saying that My TV does not support HDCP. It does. Most times when i try to use Netflix I will get the first 2-4 seconds of the show to play and then it freezes and says its not supported. This does not happen when I view YouTube Videos, or those purchased from ITunes or directly from apple. Only when using Netflix. I've tried unpluging the unit, I've tried switching the cables. Is there a fix to this problem or does this product just not work?

I've had my Apple TV 2 since June 2012. It worked perfectly for 3 months. Now occasionally, when I try and watch Netflix I get a HDCP error. I have not changed anything with my setup. Same tv, apple tv, hdmi cable as when I first bought it. Every device is updated with latest firmware. After multiple resets on each device and the occasional switch of the hdmi port on the tv it starts to work again. But after a few days the same thing happens again. This is very, very frustrating. Please advise if anyone has any thoughts.

Porblem encounter when I went to this site:www.opss.tv/video/play_5172.html and got the OSMF playback error. It also happens to all other play_xxxxhtmls so it it not isolated to this specific one only. This happened just a few weeks ago and I have no idea whether it is related to Microsoft's security update. Hi tkam,
It sounds as though you just need to install the latest Reader update. Please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and install the latest update. An update to Reader 11.0.07 resolves this sign-in issue.

I think I may have just the answer you're looking for. If you're converting from within Adobe Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates. This error was resolved in the most recent Reader update. (You can also try signing in directly via the ExportPDF website at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.)

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....

When using plugins e.g. smugmug or facebook after upgrading to Lightroom 3 I get -

Sorry. These are not loadable they are core database functionality only available with 9.2.0.1.0 and later..

I am getting JavaScript Errors when I attempt to use the Multiscreen Preview function in DW CS 5.

When I attepmpt to use the Multiscreen Preview button in DW CS 5 I get the following error:
"While executing onShow in MultiscreenPreview.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
In file "Multiscreen Preview":
onShow is not defined"
This leads to either an unusable multiscreen preview box or another series of similar JavaScript errors.
Is there a solution to this problem and if so what is it?

I'm getting the "App Activate" error when I try to download my bundles from the DPS App Builder.

I have a Single-App subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud.
According to this FAQ (link: http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html#single-app) I should be able to publish unlimited single .folios with DPS with my Single-App subscription to the Creative Cloud. Here is the exact paragraph I'm refering to from that FAQ:
As a Creative Cloud member, do I have access to Digital Publishing Suite?
Digital Publishing Suite Single Edition is not available to free Creative Cloud members. Creative Cloud single-app and complete members have an unlimited Digital Publishing Suite Single Edition license. Creative Cloud for teams members also have an unlimited Digital Publishing Suite Single Edition license.
When I build the app in the DPS App Builder and reach the end of the process, I'm getting the error where it asks me to provide a Single Edition subscription serial to download the developer bundles for my app.
I have tried all the methods described on this forum to solve this problem, including deleting and reinstalling the DPS App Builder, deleting the old apps and creating new ones after redownloading the DPS App Builder, deleting the DPS App Builder, signing out of my Folio Builder in InDesign, redownloading the DPS App Builder, signing into my Folio Builder in InDesign again, etc., to no avail.
Can anyone help? This is a time-sensitive issue and I'm trying to get this app into the Apple submission process immediately. I can answer any questions if you all have troubleshooting advice for me.

Thank you for the information and the response. We will be upgrading to the full version of Creative Cloud to publish our single .folio.
I do want to remark on the issues created by Adobe's inconsistent explanation of how DPS can be used with the Creative Cloud. After reading that FAQ, I also spoke with an "Adobe Agent" through the chat system that pops up on various product pages and asked the agent as specifically as I could if the Single-app version of Creative Cloud would allow me to publish single .folios through DPS. In no uncertain terms the agent said the Single-app version would be fine, and referred me to the order page to begin the order process.
I spoke with another agent over chat in the morning on Saturday and they also said I should be able to publish single .folios with the Singe-app subscription to Creative Cloud. When I presented my App Activation problem to the agent, the agent said I should just wait 24-48 hours for my subscription to Creative Cloud to process so I could create my app.
This has been a very vexing process that has cost my team valuable app review time. If I had not encountered the FAQ and two agents who specifically told me that I could use the Single-app version of Creative Cloud to publish my .folio, I would have been happy to go straight to purchasing the full version of Creative Cloud.

Why do I get the 'PowerPC code' error when trying to launch an Intel-based app from a CD?

When trying to launch a Flash-based app from a CD on my Mac Book Pro, I get the "PowerPC apps are no longer supported" error. Yet the app is not built with PowerPC code.
This also happened with Microsoft Office programs soon after I upgraded to OSX Lion, but someone was able to solve that for me.

It's just a free disc from a photo magazine, but the app runs fine on a Mac Pro running 10.7.3. Could it be hardware related?
I have actually asked this on behalf of a reader (I work for the company that makes the magazine) who is experiencing this problem, I just can't find any reason why the error would display in these circumstances. I apologise if this is against the community's usual practise - I just want to sort this guy out!
The app on the disc is compiled using MDM Zinc, but like I said it runs a-OK on Lion everywhere else.
Any help would be gratefully received and appreciated!

I get the 600x600 image error when trying to upload a podcast

I keep getting the error "Podcast cover art must be at least 600 x 600 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head request."
I read some thread and updated my image to 1400 x 1400 and it's only 188kb in size. Still getting the same error, used PNG & JPG same error, please HELP!!!

I get the same software error when starting firefox or thunderbirdand cant update either program

THe error says "the update could not be installed. Please make sure no other copies of firefox are running on your computer and then restart firefox to try again." I can then hit ok and Firefox will start, but without applying the upgrade. The same thing is happening on T-Bird.
Firefox is 3.6.12 attempting to load 3.6.13 and T-bird is 3.1.6 attempting to load 3.1.7.
I am running w7 home x64 on a homebuilt pc with AMD quadcore
and 5gb memory.

If the full message is similar to ''"Platform version <x.x.x.x> is not compatible with minVersion <x.x.x.x>"'', then do the following.

Why would i get 'The Connection Is Untrusted' when i attempt to go to the Mozilla support page? Why not put something in the error log specifically for this?

Because i'm connecting to a Mozilla site with firefox 'Untrusted' seems unnecessary.
If i were a Mozilla browser i'd trust that site.
I reinstalled Mozilla and it fixed the problem.
Seemed an odd error though.

I am surprised that reinstalling Firefox fixed this. Perhaps a file got corrupted during the previous upgrade?
There are many reasons that an SSL certificate might not be considered trustworthy, but at this point, I don't think we'll be able to investigate the exact reason you had that problem since it won't be possible to re-create it.

I keep getting the same script error

I'm running Firefox 3.6.13 on Windows 7 and I've just started getting the same script error when I'm on webpages, particularly Livejournal ones. The script error is js/ff_browser:28
I was prompted to change my display settings but this has had no effect either - I still get the message.
I have no idea why it's just started - I haven't downloaded any new software or deleted any recently that I think would have any connection to Firefox.

I am running Firefox 9.0.1 and it has crashed several times since loading. Some were due to the AVG Security Toolbar but that is now disabled.
