I cannot access my iCloud setting from the settings menu. When I click on iCloud in settings the screen freezes
If the iCloud setting is grayed out and you can't tap it, go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set it to Allow Changes.

I have just upgraded to the new OS X V. 10.10.3 but cannot access my iCloud Drive documents using the resident Pages and Numbers software on my MacBook Pro. Help is needed to access those documents using the resident software on my MacBook Pro rather than the Beta software on iCloud.com.

When I go to access my albums from any app on my phone or iPad, I cannot access the iCloud albums, only the albums synced with iTunes/iPhoto manually. This is frustrating because I cannot add to those albums from mobile device, I have to add to them during a Mac sync. I would like to be able to use my iCloud albums to organize my photos but if I cannot access them from apps it seems pointless. I will end up having to maintain both an iCloud library and a separate iPhoto library which is more work that seems necessary. I want everything easy to organize and access. It seems like in this age where most people are more likely to use their mobile devices than their Macs (and some do not even own Macs) that there should be a mobile solution. Hopefully I am simply without a clue and you folks can help me out with a fix or a source of info as a solution. I have not found answers yet.

Cannot access the iCloud mail for some reason I don´t know. Worked perfect until Nov 28th, but a message with "incorrect ID/password" popped up. Contacts and iCal is accessible. Have tried from iPad, Mac, iPhone and PC. Any recommendations?
Reset your password. Be sure your new one meets the requirements for length (8) and characters (at least one upper case and one number).

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -

My ipad has frozen with a sign which says cannot access icloud account, can either press ignore or settings and whichever I press it wont let me. It has frozen it and wont even let me close down or go onto anything else...
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons

TS4002 I cannot access my iCloud email messages before a certain date
I can only acess my received email messages after April of this year - the rest won't load whether on my Mail desktop or via logging into iCloud on the internet.
Does anyone know why this is and how to access my previous messages - I could access messages going back that much further, I have not changed my settins nor deleted the messages.

I need to obtain my celluar data for my 3G iphone which has not been operating for the past 4 weeks now, since I changed my sim from orange to giffgaff and the sim cannot access the celluar data and neither the internet on the phone or on the sim. I would like to connect this immediately as this is not good for business and for family and friends as they are complaining that they cannot access my number. I am not please about this at all. anyone offer advice?By cannot access do you mean you cant login or completely cant view the stores. If you cant login make sure you haven't exceeded the maximum number of devices your allowed to authorize.

I am a new iTunes user. I have synced my iphone 4s to macbook using iTunes, but I cannot access music in iPhone. I cannot access library when I launch iTunes on my iPhone. When I go to settings->usage->music, I see that there is enough music in the phone to suggest that music has been synced with iTunes. I just don't know how to access it. Could someone pleas help?
If you want to drag and drop then you would have to select Manually Manage Music.
Otherwise, just sync your music.
