HT4437 cannot find airplay symbol in safari

I just recently installed Apple Tv to my TV. I am having trouble finding the airplay on my macbook pro in safari. I can access my music and photos via my wifi connection but cannot find the airplay symbol on my laptop.

Yeah it's annoying, any audio or video on iOS is available for AirPlay by default, but not on OS X.
If you have a new computer, you may be able to mirror your entire Mac's display via AirPlay mirroring. Go to System Preferences, Displays, and see if AirPlay Mirroring is an option at the bottom of the window.
The best way for the time being is to play this content from an iOS device, or find it through the Apple TV apps (if it's YouTube or Vimeo).
Edit: You can AirPlay all your system audio by holding down Alt, pressing the volume icon in your menubar, and selecting Apple TV. This is for Mountain Lion only, and just sends all audio that would normally come from your speakers.

HT4437 cannot see airplay icon on iPhone 4

I have recentely purchased an apple tv and connected to the home Wi-Fi with my iPhone 4. Apple TV seems to be setup ok but I cannot mirror anything as I cannot see Airplay icon in my iPhone 4? I am also using iTunes 10.6 with Windows Vista but cannot share any content from PC to Apple Tv where I have the home sharing Turned On. any help will be appreciated.

Cannot find file symbol not showing up

Hi -
I have just done a massive move and backup etc. Things are going fine - just learned that every time you "reorganized" itunes music the entire file structure changes so a real back up with something like SyncBack totally ***** but...
The question is...
I know that there are about 50 files that do not have the proper file association. Last night there were the little exclamation points next to the song so I could find and correct them. I closed itunes and turned the computer off for the night. And now this morning when I open up the computer and itunes I cannot tell which songs still need updating because the little exclamation points are gone. How do I get those symbols back??!! (And yes, there still are files to be corrected I test that this morning)

I don't think your picture has anything to do with Spotlight. My Applications folder shows up the exact same way. Mac OS X applications aren't usually a single item, they're "packages" with items and folders inside. To get folders and packages to show their size, you'll have to change the "View Options" from the View menu. Check the box on to "Calculate all sizes". I would probably change the dialog box to reflect the changes to "This window only". Otherwise the Finder will be re-calculating the size of everything in every window. That could slow things down a bit.

When i open Safari i get a dialogue box saying a keychain for saving "safari" cannot be found. I tried to use utility to repair but it would not work.

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Window Menu item, then either check the Password under Safari if it exists, change it, or delete it and start over.

Itunes cannot find airplay devices

Hi,
my iTunes on my Desktop (Win7 64bit) is not showing the AirPlay icon anymore. Sometimes it shows up but most of the time it doesn't.
in my network there are two airplay devices, both show up all the time on my iphones/ipads.
Also a second computer seems to work fine and shows the airplay icon as expected.
another issue:
when opening itunes on the desktop I cannot use REMOTE on the iOS-devices to connect to it. (unless I hit one of the rare cases it shows the AirPlay-icon)
I tried rebooting/Antivirus/internet setting (I can connect to AppleStore all the time) and the windows firewall should be the same as on the laptop that works just fine...
Any idea?

now also tested with completely disabled WindowsFirewall... same effect, no AirPlay, no working Remote...

IPad cannot find airplay on HP 3520 deskjet printer

Hi, if there's anyone who can help me, I'd be very grateful.
This week I bought the HP 3520e deskjet and though I've set it up fine with my PC, I cannot - despite going through the normal procedures, followed by many, many troubleshooting 'solutions' - get it to print anything from either of my iPads.
I've been through the entire solutions list at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&docname=c02623193#N1188 but had no success at all.
All that's happening when I try to print anything at all from my iPad is that it says 'No AirPrinters Found'.
I'm at a loss now and could really use some advice, if anyone has any?

I am an HP employee.

I bought a first generation ipad for my 90 year old mother so she could kep in contact. This has worked well for about 3-4 years but suddenly the Mail says it cannot find the server. Safari can find it, so what could be goin on?

The ipad is first generation and is not recently updated, as my Mum doesn't own a computer. We set it up through my niece's PC, and she's not currently available. It's in the UK with a btinternet account, which is, I think, run byYahoo. The Safari route allows access (although the icons are only partially visible - an update issue I'd guess), but it shows that we have the right account server name and password, etc. This happened once before and my brother took it to an Apple store and they fixed it in a trice, but he dosesn't know what they did. Next appointment is a week from now, so does anyone have a suggestion in the meantime? Thanks for any help.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

Cannot find symbol class ParseException

I have this in my code how ever

When I pass in say
dateStamp=safsadssad sa;
I get an error which is fine.
I can not seem to catch this error with try catch
When I use the one below it says it cannot find the symbol
When i use the Exception it still throws and error to jsp page

Have you left the iPod to charge for a couple of hours and then tried resetting it again? It can take up to at least 30 minutes of charging before an iPod with a dead battery shows any signs of life. By a reset, I assume you mean pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear?
