HT4461 Where is the Quick Links / "Redeem" button found where I can enter my content code?

I purchased OS X Lion and received the purchase email with codes and license numbers.  My problem is that I cannot find where to enter my content code.  I go to the 'Store' and I am supposed to find the "Redeem" button there under Quick Links.  I have looked, tried to find support links and numbers.  I have spend 3 hours.  This is nuts.  Please help me find where to enter my content code.

    That is not the app store page - that is an introduction to the app store application it appears. Go either to your dock or your Applications folder and launch the app store and you should see the right column.

    Assuming you are running OS X 10.6.6 or later (10.7.x Lion, 10.8.x Mountain Lion or 10.9.x Mavericks), go to the Apple Menu (top left-hand corner of the screen)>App Store and it should become clear from there.

    No, it's not converting anything, you're downloading a digital copy. That's illustrated in the instructions to which I linked. The requirement for inserting the DVD is probably at least in part a security measure (for instance, perhaps to prevent someone who doesn't need the digital copy from giving the code to someone else).

    Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
    You might also try signing out of itunes and back in (Settings App > itunes & App Store)

    If you are able to isolate the issue to a particular third-party software, you may wish to contact them to let them know of the conflict.

    Make sure you have either Featured, Top Charts, or Categories selected at the top of the App Store.
    Troubleshooting at times depends on which Mac OS X you have installed, so when you post, please provide that information.
    If you arem't certain, click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen.
    From the drop down menu click About This Mac. You'll see the version number there.

    Hi,
    Quick link are based on user role and not on user logon. You need to define different navigation bar profile and in the direct link under Define Direct Link Groups and also you can remove the link that you do not want from existing. . Also you can remove from business role as well in Adjust Direct Link Groups.

    It's a bit hit and miss, Walter. Sometimes the box to enter text shows up straight away in the inspector under "text". Other times, although you click "text" in the inspector, there's nowhere to actually write anything.... then what you have to do is move the trackbar over the Title Box until you see the text boxes in the main Viewer. In the Viewer, double click a text box.... you can enter text there, but it's a bit flaky, but when you've clicked in it, you'll find that under "Text" in the inspector, the box for inputting text has magically appeared!
    I'm not sure if anyone else has this trouble, but it is a bit of a pain!

    How many characters are there in job number?
    If it is upto 10 characters then you can use Requirement Tracking Number field  in PO. This field flows in all reports of PO this will help you.
    Also you can use Communication Tab at Header level.
    At Item level you can also make use of Text tab and can maintain job number in Item Text.
