my daughter took over our shared itune account. I created and can see a new account in itunes and iCloud reset 4s, but my macbook pro app store account see her email address not mine. I did us my old email address. how do i change the app store acount information to my account?
You can sign into the Apple Services using either the Apple ID (is this the "primary email" address on my apple id account?)
the iCloud email address (is this [email protected]?)
or your associated address (other associated email addresses that I verified on my apple id account?),
In your case the Apple ID and primary address are [email protected] The iCloud email address or alternate address in your case is [email protected] and associated addresses are iCloud email aliases, I don't know if you have created any of these.
but it will show you logged in as using the Apple ID. (which apple id?, what will display?)*
* for me it displays the [email protected] for find my iphone, imessage and facetime, but NOT itunes/store
Yes with some things like FaceTime and Messages you can send and receive in any of the addresses you have related to your Apple ID, but it will always list your Apple ID as [email protected]

I recently changed my email on my apple account but the old email address is displayed when I go into iTunes or App Store not allowing me to sign into my account. At some points it's a vicious circle because it asks for a password at key times when trying to correct the problem. Note that the new email address shows when I log into my Apple account and shows it was verified. For some reason the system isn't updating to the new email in ALL places.

Problem with app store account
Awhile ago I was having problems logging into my app store account I couldn't log in. I requested my password be sent to me, but I never recieved the email so I went to make a new account. What I did was essentially make the exact same account I had previously, same email and password. But now when I go to update apps, it tells me my password is incorrect for any app that I downloaded before I changed my account. Any apps I've downloaded after this problem occurred update fine. Is there any way I can somehow transfer these other apps to my 'new' account so I'm able to update, or find a new way to update them? I tried updating them through my computer, but it says there are no updates, and I'd have to switch to my 'old' account to update the apps I had downloaded.

HT4928 My Mac App Store account page does not show any options for unhiding purchases.
I purchased Mountain Lion and want to re-download it to make a flash drive, but it does not appear in my purchase history. Clicking Option-Purchases doesn't change anything, and my Mac App Store account info page does not have anything regarding hidden purchases, although my iTunes account info page does. They are using the same Apple ID.

How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.

Weird Problem trying to sign into my App Store Account ? Please Help !!
Im having a very weird problem trying to sign into my App store account to update my apps and to purchase new Apps. Ive tried to search the net but I cant seem to solve my problem.
Here is whats happening
My Email address is correct in my iTunes Account and also my App Store account. (which is basically the same anyway)
The problem I am having Is that when I try to download an App my old email address still shows up when it requests my password.
The weird part is that my email address is correct in my itunes and also at the bottom of my app store. Yet my old email is showing up when I try to sign into the App store.
Here are the steps Ive taken already to fix this problem and have failed.
I have signed out of my itunes and app store and signed back in..FAILED.

Apps are DRM protected & tied to the account that was used to originally purchase them. Were these apps purchased using your old account details? -
when i buy thing in app store they alway tell me this is not a test user account please creat a new account in the sandbox environment

I want to combine the apps from two separate app store accounts in to one of the accounts. how can I do this? What if I accidentally purchased an app twice on two separate accounts? Is it possible to get a refund?

As far as a refund goes, Apple's policy states, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
But since it was an accidental purchase, you can at least ask for a refund.

Consolidating App store accounts
I originally created an App store account using email address #1. I made purchases on that account. When I signed up for me.com another account was created. I did not notice that this was the account in which I purchased a couple of Apps. So, I now have two accounts both with purchases in them. Is it possible to consolidate these two accounts - so that I only have to access one account to do all upgrades?
You can contact -> iTunes store support and ask them to consolidate you old iTunes account with your new .me account.
