HT4484 Can anyone tell me how to change answers to security questions?
I need to change the answers to my security questions. I have followed instructions posted but the process expects me to answer to questions I can not remember in order to access "account managerment"? What?

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -

Just got my first Mac and cant find how to change the appearance of my address book. Can anyone help?
Check out the built-in Address Book Help guide on your Mac (in Address Book, choose Address Book Help from the Help menu. I dont think you can change the way the address book looks in terms of changing its appearance to look more book like, but I could be wrong. I checked out a few google searches and did not find anything that stated how to do what you are asking. I am trying to print off a CD cover with the running order of songs as it appears on the CD.
It prints things off ok but only alphabetical lists of songs.
I do not know how to get the songs into the correct order and print them off.
Does anyone know how to do this? Or does it only print off songs alphabetically?

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Can anyone tell me how to change a .pmd file that is one of 28 or so files linked to a .pdf?
Here is the issue. Someone in our organization who has since retired did our catalog in pagemaker. There are about 28 .pmd files. These files are then linked (I am assuming) to one .pdf that we put on the server as the total catalog.
I need to change one .pmd. How can I do this so that it links correctly to the .pdf? Do I need to recreate the .pdf with all the .pmd files? If so, how?
Help???The easiest way would probably be to PDF the one document you need to change, and replace the appropriate pages of the existing PDF with those of the new PDF. This can be done in Acrobat, but not in Reader.

Put the songs in the order you want.
Right click on the playlist name and select Copy to Playlist order.
