If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

Specify which notifications you want for Game Center. Go to Settings > Notifications > Game Center. If Game Center doesn’t appear, turn on Notifications.
Change restrictions for Game Center. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions.

Try connecting it to your computer and restoring it by going to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and clicking on Restore (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414). If that doesn't work you'll have to put it into recovery mode and restore it, as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808.

You can't use iCloud like that. It isn't a general file storage service; it's designed to sync data across your devices.
Some options are to sync all your music or other media off your device, then sync it back on after you update. Another is to import your photos to your computer (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083), then sync them back to your phone after you update by putting them in a folder, then selecting the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing.

There will be no icon for a software update on your phone. If your iOS is 5.0 or later look in Settings > Software Update
If you are running an iOS version earlier than 5.0 you need to connect your phone to the computer you normally sync with. Start iTunes on your computer, select your phone in iTunes and select General in the row of tabs that are patented. Scroll down to Check for Updates and follow the prompts.

It should appear as a camera/scanner device in My Computer, or you can associate a phot app on the computer with it. If it doesn't appear there is probably a corrupt image in the Camera Roll or the Camera Roll is empty. You cannot transfer photos from the Photo app (transfer is one way only, computer to iPhone), only from the Camera Roll.

First, create a separate login on your computer for your friend. Do this BEFORE you do anything else. Next, make sure iTunes is up to date. Then:
1. Disable auto sync when an iPod/iPhone is connected under Preferences>Devices in iTunes.
2. Make sure you have one contact & one event in the supported applications(Address Book, iCal) on your computer. These entries can be fake, doesn't matter, the important point is that these programs not be empty.
3. Connect her phone, iTunes running, do not sync at this point.
4. Store>Authorize this computer.
5. File>Transfer Purchases(To make sure all purchased content on her phone will be in her itunes library).
6. Right click in the device pane & select reset warnings.
7. Right click again and select backup.
8. Right click again & select restore from backup, select the backup you just made. When prompted to create another backup, decline.
9. This MUST be followed by a sync to restore her itunes content, which you select from the various tabs, You'll get a popup regarding her contacts & calendars asking to merge or replace, select merge.
You should be good to go.

It is not possible to delete the iTunes app. If you can't find it on any of the pages or in any of the folders, check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure tha it hasn't been disabled.

Can't hear my iphone 4s ring without my hearing aid.

Hello, I know I've got the ring volume as high as it goes but at night without my hearing aids I just can't hear the phone ring. As I'm disabled this is a problem. I love my iPhone and definitely don't want to go back to a land line. Is there some kind of amp or app for this problem? Thanks for the help!

Activation Lock in iOS 7 requires the owner's (or former owner's) AppleID password to deactivate the lock and allow anyone else to activate the device in iTunes.
You need to contact the seller and get them to remove the device from the previous owners Applesupport device's list at https://supportprofile.apple.com

Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
