My daughter forgot her new password to her I-Phone 4 and the phone was locked. I was told that I had to reset the phone with my I-Tunes account. I do not know how. Can someone help me?

Connect the iOS device to your computer and try to make a backup

Then restore via iTunes. The iOS device will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Can someone help with finding Abode Australia phone number?

This is my first experience at trying to purchase from Abode. I placed an order for my son, educational discount, and went back 2 days later to send his photo ID as required. I thought I did thi when I hit 'review and submit' but nothing happened. I keep being diverted to USA when I try and find a phone number.
It looks like a simple email about a problem to the relevant country (or to any country!) isn't an option??
I wish I'd never ordered it, now I have to wait 5 days to see if they're going to post it or not - when I could go to a sensible site and have no problems.
This isn't worth the $35 student discount! (off their full price). Other sites have a full price almost the same as the student price anyway.
I'm wasting my life. Do they want business or not? I've bought a lot on the internet. This is pure crazy!
Anyway, if someone is more proficient around this rediculous site and can post the phone number for Abode in australia (or an email address) I would be thankful. I'll NEVER go through this again.

I suspect this is strengthened by the fact that 'b' and 'd' are obviously similar.
Note also that ʇɐb ɹəuəllıʍ has made a similar transposition... Assuming he was trying for an upside down "pat", wouldn't a 'd' have been better than a 'b' - i.e., ʇɐd ɹəuəllıʍ?

As far as I know you can't delete the primary email address for an iCloud account. It's assigned when the account is created. But your neighbor wouldn't have been able to get into your iCloud account without your Apple ID and password. Are you sure the account wasn't still on your phone when you gave it to him?
You could migrate a copy of your data to a new iCloud account but I would still be concerned that someone else was using my old account, which presumably still has your data in it.
I'm fairly certain that you're going to have to have iCloud support help you sort this one out as they may have the ability to make changes to an existing account that users can't. Make an appointment with the genius bar at a nearby Apple store and have them take a look at it. If necessary, they should be able to contact iCloud support for you.

I just receive a company issued Iphone 5. I wanted to download music from my wifes MacBook through our iTunes files. So I connected the devise to the MacBook. I can't remember all the steps but it started to Restore my device idicating it was restoring my wife's Iphone. I paniced thinking that my company phone would can restored with my wifes stuff so I unplugged it from the MacBook. Now the phone screed is frozen at "Restore failed" and I don't know what to do. If the iPhone was disconnected while it was going through a process, you may need to put it in recovery mode and restore it. If you have a backup of your phone on the iCloud, or iTunes on the computer for that matter, after the restore you will be presented with the set-up screens and will have the option to restore from an iCloud or iTunes backup to bring all of your data back. The following article has the steps for putting the iPhone into recovery mode and restoring.

Use recovery mode
Recovery mode erases your device and restores it, which should resolve the issue. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to restore from your backup after recovery.

You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation. I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

Sorry, due to the Terms of Use problems with jailbroken devices can't be discussed here.
You can only get help from those people who told you to modify the software, only they know what the jailbreak did to the firmware.

unplug the iphone from you computer.
quit itunes.
re-open itunes.
connect iphone
quickly begin to hold down both home button and sleep/wake for around 7/8 seconds.
as soon as the iphone screen goes black release finger from sleep/wake button but continue to hold home button.
an apple logo should appear on the iphone screen
continue to hold down home button
itunes should now let you know it has detected a phone in recovery mode.
choose to restore iphone.
once completed restore from back up if desired.
