How do I cancel the subscription for Zoosk through ITunes? I am trying to deactivate my account through Zoosk but it will not let me until I cancel the subscription with Itunes.

The link tells me how to turn off auto-renew. I did that over 2 weeks ago and still cannot cancel Zoosk account. I've written and called Zoosk and they keep telling me I have to cancel through iTunes since that is how I subscribed. So, how do I cancel Zoosk? I want to get my profile off the site and it seems I am stuck in a virtual loop! Thanks.

Go to Settings>General>Usage, and under iCloud, click on Manage Storage>click on your device, then under Backup Options, turn Photo Library off and then back on. See if that clears it up.
If it does not, reset your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Slide to Unlock screen redisplays, see if the issue is resolved.

Why, if I've downloaded and installed Firefox 8.0.1 two different times, do sites (including mozilla's), still say I have 3.5 version?

I updated/installed 8.0.1 a month ago, (had 3.5. 0 or 1 can't remember) and under HELP in the top toolbar, About Firefox, said I have 8.0.1. Today, Sunday 12/18/11 tried updating something (forget what) and it said I have old version and need to update…which I did from Mozilla site, and Mozilla still says I have an older version, and that I need to update to 8.0.1 after once again doing so.
I put "Everytime Firefox is opened" coz it still says I have 8.0.01

The latest iTunes which is 10.7 does indeed require Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer. What version of Mac OS X are you running and on what model Mac?

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. The entire point of this is that you can redownload any and all of your past purchases.

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
Unfortunately, the data on your phone is already gone if you're seeing the connect to iTunes logo.

They said I need to change my settings to NAT settings. I haven't been able to figure out or find anything. I have also spoken to Apple Support on the phone for hours without being able to figure out how to do this ( i don't think he knew much either lol.)
