Assuming you have finished with your old backup.....
You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage......

Only your cell service provider can unlock the phone. We cannot help you with that.

Phones do not re-lock unless they were previously hacked so that could be unlocked. Sounds like yours was NOT factory unlocked.

Any iPhone that lists the same email will receive the same texts. This has to be changed in order to stop receiving on all devices.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

To recover that space, turn iTunes match off, wait a minute, then back on and it comes back. This is really important on the iPHone if you don't have a lot of free space.

Have you tried pressing the round button and the on/off switch at the top at the same time and holding them till an Apple icon appears? If that doesn';t work, take it back, you are still under warranty.
