HT4528 I have transferred my videos from lg chocolate phone to the iphone5s but they will not play what am I doing wrong?
My videos have been transferred from my old LG chocolate phone which had a sim card to the new iphone 5s ...but they are coming accross as photos and will not play...I do not want to lose these videos and I am almost ready to return the new iphone 5s...help
I tried to move them to my computer but my computer keeps telling me that I need some kind of download to be able to transfer them . A driver...
Went to two Verizon stores and they have the same problem...I am ready to return this phone...these videos are special and I don't want to lose them.
Not sure what format these videos are most likely mp4's

I have downloaded the HD version of a movie from itunes, but when I sync it to my iPad 2 it will not play. It appears that it is on the iPad, but it will not play. Is this because it is HD, and if so is there a way to change it from being HD? Thanks
I'm having a similar problem ... just used my iPad 2 to purchase the Bourne trilogy and it downloaded fine but I did not try to play it right away. Then I plugged the iPad into the computer and it downloaded the SD versions of the movie and I used iTunes to sync my movies. Then I tried to play it and it said it could not open the movie. I then did a full iPad restore and did a fresh sync and now I get the Cannot Opne pop up. Did you ever find an answer to your question?

my music is not on my ipod touch anymore but one of my other software called copytrans has my music backup so i got all of my music and videos back but they will not play in copytrans itunes or just my ipod touch itself please please help there???????????
there has to be a completley FREE software out on the whole internet downloads to fix my ipod touch musics completely free no money involved
please help me to fix this i jave all of my 6 thousand plus music with some videos back onto my ipod touch this happened to me this year well a week ago or two last year and also the years before to with or without any backups but i have my other software for that saved all of my stuff thank gosh but now nothings playing so i love itunes its the best but when it doesn't play or find my lots of songs makes me mad sometimes but anyways thanks for any or all the help you can to fix this problem

I can't downlaod my purchased music to my iPad.I tried using the computer and it said all purchases for this account have been downlaoded.The musics are on my music folder on the iPad but they are not playing.It's showing download error.Tap to retry on the download section of iTunes on the iPad.I just change from iPad2 to iPad 4G and I started having this problem..Help me out.

Try deleting the entries from the Movies part of your library (i.e. where you are trying to play them) and see if you get the cloud symbol next to them for re-downloading in the Purchased link

I am trying to copy videos from windows folder into iTunes and it will not copy. I have used drag and drop and the folder sopy comand from iTunes. Anybody got an answer?

I have downloaded some tunes form I Tunes and they are on my I Pad,but when i plug my Pad into my car system it does not show the albums i have downlaoded .
This means iTunes can no longer locate the file in the location its specified in under the Location section of the Summary tab of the track's Get Info window in iTunes. See here for more information.

The songs show up on my itunes on my iphone4S but when I go to play them they just skip over to the next song.
I had to restore my phone and the last backup I did was corrupted and I had to use a back up from June, the songs that are being skipped over were purchased after then. But they are showing up on my itune on my laptop....

The iTunes Store will direct you to the same article. As Hackintosh said, first delete the track from iTunes, allowing it to move the track file to the trash. Then in iTunes on your Mac, sign into your iTunes Store account and go here:
In the window you'll be taken to, make sure that the Music tab and "not on this computer" are selected, then locate the defective track in the list and click this button next to the track name:

Ipod touch...updated to iOS 6.1.5...music pulls up on device...just scrolls across cannot play?? Originally itunes account on dell...trying to transition to MAC book?
The songs do play OK in iTunes on the computer, right?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Restore from backup. See:

First, in you reply (and i've read this elsewhere), you imply that i need to check a box that says "manually manage music." OK, great, but where do i find such box? Is that on the iphone or in itunes? Also, i am afraid of losing what i already do have on my phone. I have about 150 songs, some of which were purchesed thru itunes, but most of which i "dropped and dragged" from my older computer with the older version of itunes. When i go to itunes with my iphone plugged in, all of the boxes are grayed out, except one at the top that says "Sync Music". When i check this box, i get an error warning that says "Are you sure you want to remove existing music, movies, TV shows, books, and tones from this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? Music, movies, TV shows, books, and tones synced to [name of my iPhone] from other iTunes libraries will be removed and items will be synced from this iTunes library."
So, i have over 3000+ songs in my itunes library on my computer... obviously that isn't going to fit on my phone. So then, what is going to happen? I'll lose everything that is already on my phone PLUS it will NOT be able to sync?
Is now the time to buy a Zune?!? For the company that is supposedly "user friendly", Apple has really managed to screw this one up.
