While it could be a hardware problem (if so, take it to Apple for replacement), it is also a common sign that your attempted baseband update, (or hack) did not apply correctly. Whether it is reparable is not something for discussion on these forums.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
The Apple TV should set it's time automatically from the network time server, if it isn't doing this try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds, if this fails try resetting or restoring it.

Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:

The internal drive has failed.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional — ask if you need guidance.
If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.

*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

HT4528 My phone says its charging all the time but wont turn on

My phone says its charging but wont turn I have it plugged in all day long and it just continues to show the low battery on the front! About every 6hours it will turn on for 5 minutes then shut right back off! Idk what's going on please help! All the support things on here want my serial number but obviously I cant get to it since my phone wont turn on!!

It sounds like the phone will not boot or load up even after being given sufficient time to charge.
I had a couple of recommendations for this issue:
First reset the device with this procedure.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If the issue persists after that, then I would try these steps from the iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting article found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.

Make sure to keep both .exe and .7z file in same folder. Then try to Run .exe file. If you are still getting any error message you may try to open .7z file using any zip extractor tool and try to install. Also make sure that the files are downloaded completely.

Is the phone stolen? If so contact the police and see if they can help. You can also contact your carrier and see if they can freeze your account so that phone can't be used anymore and run up your bill.

If you are not using Cellular Data:
Settings>Cellular Data>Off

Your Win7 computer is either missing or has a corrupted dnssd.dll file. It may also have a potential Registry error.

Generally this is a sign that the iPhone had previously been
hacked/modified/jailbroken and the update relocked it to the
original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that wireless
carrier can unlock your iPhone. You must contact them to see
if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Where did you acquire this iPhone?
What wireless carrier did you use before this problem?
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

I had the same problem with mine it keep searching for service at least 2 times a day, I updated to 5.1 and it seems to fixed the problem, If you are not on 5.1 try updating.
