I updated to the iOS6, and it allows you to view and send messages with any phone on iOS6 and linked to your iTunes account. You can unselect phones so they dont go out through the phone, but is there a way to block other phones from adding yours? Example, I don't ind being able to see what my son is sending/receiving on his phone but I don't really want him to be abe to add my phone and see all my messages...

If you are experiencing difficulties with the connection between your stereo and device, disconnect the device, and then power cycle the stereo and your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad. When the Home screen reappears, reconnect your device. If you cannot power cycle the stereo, turn the car off and then back on to allow the stereo to power off.

Whats up with this?

Launch the Settings App. Under Settings, tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
Then tap on Add Account
Tap on Microsoft Exchange to configure Hotmail
Enter your full Hotmail email address in both Email and Username fields. Leave Domain blank. Enter your password. In the Description field, enter a name, e.g. Hotmail
Then tap on the Next button.
After the details entered above are successfully verified. You will get another screen where you need to enter m.hotmail.com for the Server name. Then tap on the Next button
If the verification is successful, you will see this screen. Select the data (Mail, Contacts, Calendar) to sync and then tap on Save
Thats it, you're all set for push email, calendar and contacts for your Hotmail account

There are no apps and that is not a feature of iOS.
iMessages are handled by Apple's own system, and there is no way to block a specific sender.
SMS messages and voice calls are handled by your cell service provider, so you need to ask them what blocking (if any) features they offer. If the texts are just spam, you should be able to report them to your carrier and they can block that sender. Other blocking options will vary from carrier to carrier, so call yours and ask them what they can do.

When I send emails they are including a link to my facebook account which I don't want.

Check to make sure you do not have a signature attached to the account in question. If you do try removing it and seeing if that helps.
I don;t use FaceBook so I am not sure if this is a default behavior of having FaceBook enabled on the Mac. Hopefully someone who uses it will chime in.

If the seller owned the iPhone ask them to remove the phone from their Apple account & but to turn off 'find my phone' first, if not the original owner or the seller doesn't reply/doesn't know the account details then this could indicate that it is stolen, in that case you can't do any thing about the phone per say but you could try eBay & claim item isn't fit for purpose or if the description didn't say anything about it being locked to an account you could say the item isn't 'as described'.
