If you have your library on your computer's iTunes then connect the iPod to it and select it on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes (if you have iTunes 11 and haven't already done so then you can enable the left-hand sidebar via View > Show Sidebar, option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), and on the right-hand side use the Music tab to select and sycn your music to your iPod.

If it's an iPod Touch then depending upon what country that you are in you might also be able to re-download past music purchases from the store directly on your iPod via the Purchased tab in the iTunes app : re-downloading.
The page that you've posted from, automatic downloads, only applies to future purchases.

When you start up Handbrake, you will need to identify the source that you are copying. I assume you have an Optical drive by which you can read the DVD. Then it is a matter of clicking on the various options for the copying process, especially insuring you know where the copied file will be. It wil be in an MP4 format, which can then be viewed by Quickplay or QuickTime.. It can be also be imported into iMovie, using the import function under the File menu.

How many did you trash at one go? iPhoto will baulk and possibly corrupt if you try trash too many at one go. Expereinced users recommend getting rid of them in batches of about 100 or so.
What's your plan for the remaining images in the iPhoto Library (the 2k photos and 4 videos)?

they are now visible in "shared"
later I think I cleared the iCloud backup
Now they are not in iPad(local) and they are not in iCloud(remote)
bvut I can see those videos in "shared"
what is shared?
when you clock on "photos" you will see three things at the bottom of the screen
"Photos" "shared" "Albums"
My videos are in "shared" I want to down load them locally into my iPad

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchased content.
