HT4539 i rented an Apple TV moviel and it was on the screen but never downloaded and i could never watch it but it was charged to me?

I rented a movie on my Apple and it downloaded and was exhibited but I could never watch it and now it is gone without being viewed but i have been charged for it.  Any thoughts on how to retrieve and watch?
