We got charges from itune that should not have been. Paypal removed the charges, but now I can not download anything. How do I enable my downloads from my iphone?

If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I tried to download an app that will allow me to have different color keyboards and a message popped up saying my Apple ID had been disabled . I went to the apple and talked to someone on how to fix it but it hadn't been working . Then I told my girlfriend who owns an IPhone 5 about the app I wanted . Hi Nico , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time.
