When i click the apple icon, then software update and install (mac os x update combined)
and when it finish it says "error"..
what's the problem what can i do for that!!

Which country are you in, Indonesia or Australia ? You have to be in a country to use its store, and you can't use a credit card issued by a bank in a different country i.e. if you are in Indonesia then you can only use the Indonesian store and only use a credit card issued by an Indonesian bank.
For the message to contact iTunes Support, if you haven't already done so then you will need to do as the message says (these are user-to-user forums) :

Try this and see if it helps.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Or....
Quit all apps and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

You either need to go somewhere with a MUCH stronger and faster WiFi signal or do the update using your computer and iTunes.

If this does not work, try to delete the ipod software file located in C:[username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates to make iTunes download a new copy when you connect in recovery mode. Maybe the file stored on your PC is damaged.
Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw)
iTunes uses "ipsw" files to restore your iPod or iPhone. If those files are unusable, then try deleting them, renaming them, or moving the file to a different directory. This will cause iTunes to download a new copy of the IPSW. When a restore issue is specific to a user, it is likely due to an unusable .ipsw file. If removing the .ipsw file does not resolve a user-specific restore issue, then the issue is caused by other user-specific security software settings or iTunes preferences. You shouldn't have to restore your phone to keep your data. But first press home and on button at the same time until phone shows up Apple logo an boots up normally. When the phone comes back on plug into ituens and back it up by selecting "Back Up Now". Once backed up, you can press update and install 7.1.1 and it will restore and recover all your previously backed up data. You can also press "update" and itunes will automtically back up the phoen and install 7.1.1.

It might be Group Policies causing the login process slow.
Remove any GPOs with Wallpaper or logon scripts on the user\computer account and try again.
