My carrier provides tethering service and I used it often so I don't think this is from network problem.
What I remember is that after I upgrade my iPhone to iOS 4.3.3 I once activated personal hotspot function and it was hanged.
So I reboot my iPhone and the menu disappeared. Is this another bug that is from iOS 4.3.3??What is the exact wording of the error message you received?
Has your iPhone been jailbroken or modified to work with other
than the original wireless provider?

iPhone 5s 32GB worked perfect until upgrade to 7.0.3
Won't recognise home WiFi network, can't see other WiFi networks in range, association problems with WiFi networks. 3G data also severerly impacted along with complaints that the quality of voice calls has degraded severely.
I've tried:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings x 3 times - No joy
plus
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings x 4 times and backup or new phone setup via iTunes - Still no joy
One odd thing - lower signal WiFi does internittently become available when my PC that runs iTunes is booted up and logged into my WiFi network???

I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi there, could someone help me here please - I can't open the iTune store after I updated my iphone 4 to iOS 7. The problem occurred about 5 days later after the upgrade. There are no error messages. As I tap on the icon it opens just for a fraction of a moment and then goes off and back to the main screen. Other apps are working just fine. I tried following the troubleshooting steps as suggested by apple support, but that didn't help unfortunately...

After i updated my iPhone i realized i do not have my camera anymore how to get it back? I also using a new notebook so I do not have a back up to transfer it from. Please help
I'm assuming you mean you don't have your camera application (which is not saved on any backup anyway).
One way to find it is to get to your home screen, swipe the screen from right to left, and type "Camera" in the search field. Camera is a core Apple app and cannot be deleted, so it must be there somewhere.
An alternate approach is to do Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout -

Check the General -> Restrictions settings and see if perhaps the iTunes app is turned off there. If not, the app may have been inadvertently moved to another home screen or dropped into a folder. Do a search for the app or try resetting the Home screen layout: Choose General > Reset, then tap Reset Home Screen Layout.

All iPhones sold in Japan are carrier locked. The Japanese carriers do not offer unlocking.
You can not use that phone on a carrier other than the one it is locked to.
Sell it and buy one you can use. -
