I've had nothing but issues with my apple id, security questions,change password,update apple id ext.
My apple id has been dissabled....
I signed out changed passwords. I changed security questions and on and on.
whats the main thing I need to due to simplify this problem?

The problem is that your iPod is so old that it is incapable of running any versions of iOS newer then 4.2.1
There is no need to go around calling any one dumb because your hardware is old. That in fact is your fault. Newer software is always dropping support for older hardware which is not capable of running it. If you need to run newer code, you are just going to have to update your hardware that is the only solution.

1. Connect your iPad to iTunes (computer)
2. In iTunes, select your device.
3.From the Summary pane, click "Configure Universal Access" in the Options section at the bottom.
4. Select "Neither" and click OK.
