My Iphone does not activate with my itunes and it does not look the same as other peoples itunes i think my one is the new one as they told me to update. i was halfway through updating my iphone 3gs to make it 4.1 ios but the usb connecter got pulled out. and now all it says on my iphone is unable to activate to itunes... PLEASE HELP!!!!

Plug it in, iTunes running, and either right-click your phone in the left device pane & select "Restore from Backup", or hit the "Restore" button on the Summary Pane to restore as a new device. Follow this by syncing your iTunes content back to your phone.

Your ipad has a cellular access number in settings under cellular data.
it is not a phone, and that number can't be used to phone calls.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.

No not bothered about sycing apps etc it is all about calendars and maybe notes. IN terms of how its done I just want it the easiest way and preferably so that if an entry is made on one calendar then it populates the other.

When I connect my ipod classic into my new computer it seems that itunes does not recognize it. How can I get my ipod to work with itunes? I'm afraid to disconnect my ipod because the display is saying Do Not Disconnect.

1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4 Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job
7. Check for third-party software conflicts.

I had to reset my computer because of a virus i had. When i re installed itunes my music was gone. I went to plug in my Iphone 5 and know my phone does not recognize the computer. I also have hit the trust button on my iphone but have to continue trusting the computer each time it gets plugged in. Still the phone wont connect to itunes at all to view what is on the phone. How do i fix this connection problem?

I couldn't find this answer, Basically, I added 2xSSD's in my Windows PC and reinstalled iTunes. I had certain songs on my ipod touch (about 900) and I have about 3000 in my iTunes that are all checked now after the reinstall of iTunes. I never created a list, but rather just chose music along the way and sync'd them that way. How can I get just the Music on my iPod touch to sync with itunes in a way that I don't have to uncheck all the songs in iTunes? Or do I have to start all over again?

Find a copy of Leopard (call Apple Customer Support and tell them that you have a machine that can't run Snow Leopard).
You could also go to eBay.
After that, install it:

First, you have to embbed picture into mp3 file with idtag editors (tagalicious, musicbrainz picard, mp3tag, id3tag editor...).
Then you'll have to install at least Itunes 10.5.1(42), even if you're not using Itunes at all.
Albumarts will now appear in every folder from the finder.

How can I get iPhoto to share videos with iTunes automatically?

When I take a video with my camera and upload to iphoto, is there any way that I can get the video to automatically copy into itunes? At the moment I have to open the video in quicktime and then 'share with itunes' for each individual video that i shoot.
There must be a better way?

iPhoto doesn't import anything unless you tell it to. All it's doing is offering to import. No you can't stop that window appearing. You'll just have to click cancel.

So I plugged my phone into itunes to update it to iOS 7 and it gave me an error and said that I had to restore my phone and try again. So I restored my phone and it installed but it won't activate. I can't seem to connect to the network. If anyone can help me that would be great. Right now I am just stuck with a really nice paper weight.

it seems like apple's phone activation servers are down right now under the weight of all of the traffic trying to go through them. you will be able to activate soon, once the servers catch up to the activation requests.
