We are novice users of an Ipad. Have recently taken many video clips at a wedding. Ipad now displays message "Not enough storage this Ipad cannot be backed up because there is not enough Icloud storage available etc" Neither option "close" or "settings" will respond and the screen quickly goes blank. Any help would be welcome. Bob.

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. Release both buttons and await restart.

I have 18.1GB of storage availble in iCloud but is being told that my iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage available. Why?

You shouldn't be, but you would have to contact Apple support to find out what the issue is: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/. If you are outside of your free support window there would normally be a charge for the call but under the circumstances you could plead your case that you should not be charged.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Hi, guys, I have 5 iPads are under the same Apple ID. One of 5 iPads freezes, it says "Not Enough Storage, this iPad cannot be backed up because there is not enough iCloud storage availabe. You can manage your storage in Settings." But acutually, nothing works, I even cannot turn off the iPad. I connect the iPad with the iTunese in my MacBook. But it doesn't help except asking me to restore the iPad. There are some students' work in the iPad and I don't want to earse any these work.
