Why am I unable to purchase apps on my new iphone? I can download free apps with no problems but when I try to purchase one if reverts back to my account info that is updated. Any ideas?

I don't have any restrictions on. I even tried restoring my phone and it just did it again

As long as you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy them, and they are still available in the store, then you should be able to re-download them for free. If it's the iPhone 3G with iOS 4.2 then I don't think that you get a Purchased tab in the App Store app on it (if it's a newer phone with a iOS 4.3.3+ then you should get the Purchased tab), so you will need to find each app in the store - or you can re-download them on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the left-hand side of the iTunes store home page (re-downloading)

On your phone: App Store>Purchased...you can download purchased content directly to your phone. Or, just sync it to your phone from iTunes. No, you don't have to purchase again. Of course, apps that are iPad versions only will not sync to your phone or be able to be downloaded to your phone.

Go to Settings>Store (or iTunes and Appl Store) and sign out and sign back in. If problem go to Settings>iCloud and make sure you are signed into the new iCloud account. You may have to create a new iCloud account.

Particularly useful in your instance:
Before you begin
Sign in with the Apple ID that you used for the original purchase.
See which Apple ID you used to download an item.
See if the content is available for redownload. Previously purchased items might not be available if they're no longer on the iTunes Store. If you changed your Apple ID from one country to another, you can’t download items you purchased in a previous country.
and then to download again:
Apps
Tap App Store.
If you're using an iPhone or iPod touch, tap Updates, then tap Purchased.
If you're using an iPad, tap Purchased.
Find the item that you want to download.
Tap the Download icon. After the app downloads, you can open it from the Home screen.
If you can't find the item that you purchased in the iTunes Store, report a problem with the item. You can report a problem with a purchase made within the last 90 days.
If you have a problem with an older purchase, contact iTunes Store support.

Purchased "Moneypad app" missing in App Store. I've used that app for more than a year and all my financial records are in it. I have the backup but I need the app. How can a purchased app go missing??? Is that even legal??

I've used "Moneypad" app to record my financial transaction for over a year and I got an update today. After updating all the icons where misplaced and there were a lot of bugs in the app. The update said "Restore original app icon". So I decided to delete it and reinstall the app but now i couldn't find the application in the itunes store both through my Macbook air and my iphone 5. What do I do now?? how can a purchased app go missing? Is it even legal to delete apurchased app from the itunes store?? What happened to my money and the worst part is my records cant be used in anyother application but "Moneypad". There were 2 version of the app in the store. One was free and the other One was paid.
