HT4623 does ios 7 allow iPhone 4s to take simultaneous photos while video recording ?

i have iPhone 4s. i want to know if i can click photos while video recording . will this feature be added in iOS 7 for iPhone 4s or is there an app for this ?

iOS 6 currently only offers this feature to iPhone 5 & iPod Touch 5th gen so it is a hardware limitation of the 4s & will not be addressed in a software update.

Here are the steps for AirPlay:
Before starting Azul from your (running iOS 5.x/6.x) home screen where have have all your apps we need to turn on mirroring
On your iPhone 4S/5 or iPad 2 or 3, double-click the Home Button to view your recently-used apps.
Swipe all the way to the right to until you see the icon.
Note: If the icon does not appear, go to the "If AirPlay Mirroring is not visible or available on your mobile iOS device" section.
Tap the icon to see the list of available AirPlay devices.
Enable AirPlay Mirroring in this menu by tapping on an available Apple TV, then sliding the Mirroring slider to ON.
Now you should be seeing your iPad/iPhone on your TV.
Start up Azul now and using the settings icon on the top right corner go to the option that say "TV out" ON.
When you do that you will see an Orange screen
Now click "Done" and play the video you want to watch and it will AirPlay

I'm not sure, but I know it's not recommended to upgrade to iOS 8 on anything older than an iPhone 5. I only lost my music playlists and music that was on my phone, but that music is also on my iTunes, not the playlists though, and I don't want to go through ALL my iTunes library to fix it either... But it seems I don't have a choice right now.
Whatever you do, do NOT upgrade to iCloud Drive, keep iCloud till OS X Yosemite comes out, if your computer is a Mac. I also just noticed that all my documents on my phone are gone from Pages, BUT if I go on the iCloud website they are still there. Hopefully it will all work itself out when I can update my macbook pro to OS X Yosemite.
If you backed up your phone and all your purchases off your iPhone prior to trying to upgrade you should be fine... But I'm not even remotely sure.

The manual does not show that feature natively for the iPod. Later iPhones and iPads have that feature natively.

Slide your finger up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the Controls panel. One button controls orientation lock to prevent the screen rotating as you rotate the phone. You can toggle that control on and off as you need. Slide the panel back down when you are finished with it.

Hi, Does anyone else have this problem, my brand new iphone4 syncs to my pc, but if I take a photo or video it crashes the PC straight away! Im using windows XP. I tried to access the phone through the control panel to disable camera device as suggested on the apple site, but it does not recognise the phone. HELP!

Hi thanks, spoke to lovely person at apple & we worked out it was a conflict with an old logitec web cam. After I removed the old drivers it worked fine!!
Only problem now, the phone won't load as a hard drive for me to take photos off it...

Where did you put them?
These are not part of the sync process at all, as the manual tells you. You should be importing them to your comptuer regularly as you would with any digital camera.

IPhone 4 - Which microphone is used during video recording?

I was wondering if anyone knew which of the iPhone 4's microphones are used during video recording. I'm not completely sure but it seems like only the noise canceling microphone is used, whereas voice memos use the bottom microphone only.

Exactly correct. Why is was made this way, I have no clue.
I think both should be using the top mic rather then the bottom as that is were your hand usually is. I think it should be made an option.

HT4528 With IOS 7 I had to move my photos and videos off to a backup to install the IOS. When they moved back to the phone during a sync I have no way to delete them. The trashcan stays grayed out and the usage page doesn't give me a delete option.

I got the message that IOS 7 was ready to download. I wish I had read the reviews on it first. I had to move my photos and videos off the phone to free up memory space for the install. I was still able to see the phone with a file browser and grabbed the photos and videos and stored them in a directory on my hard drive. Meanwhile my itunes updated too. So with my files moved and deleted from the phone I made a backup of the phone. I installed the ios 7. When I synced the itunes moved my backup directories back to the phone. I can't figure out how to remove them from the phone. Under photos they have installed themselves with the names iphone09282013 and videos directories. When I access them I don't get a delete option. The trashcan is greyed out. The settings usage page no longer gives me the swipe delete function. How do I remove these files to free up space now that I have them saved to my computer?

Yes, he's using the iCloud thing. The picture is taken, saved and synced to his iCloud or whatever it is called. He goes back and views them on his iPad.
You can do the same with any cloud service, like as you take the picture, it is saved to your BlackBerry media card card. You have something like DropBox installed on your BlackBerry, and you set your pictures folder to automatically sync to your DropBox service, and when you go back to your hotel, you open up the Playbook, and DropBox has synced your pictures folder to your Playbook.

Broke my iPhone and I want the photos and videos!

My iPhone 5s broke and there is no way it could be fixed, I do have iCloud but not the Photo stream and I really want to sync the photos and videos to my laptop, I tried to connect it to my laptop but it won't work. The phone is divided in half, I can see the batteries and everything! please help!
