hi , just to let you know that after installing this new update i received several problem's like facetime didn't work... applications too what is the problem

how would we know? You haven't provided any information for us to even remotely make a guess.

HT4623 Wifi problem after update to 6.1.3 on iPhone 5

After updating, it takes a long time for web pages to load. No issues before the update. Already wiped phone and reset to new. Same problem. Tried on multiple networks. Same problem. No issue when using broadband.

FaceTime Problem After An Upgrade/New Number?

Someone I know has upgraded their iPhone and had temporary number while their PAC code was used to change that temporary number back to their old one that they had had on their old phone.
They can be texted and called in the traditional manner on their original number now their temporary one has been updated, but their iMessage and FaceTime has stuck with their temporary number that they only had for 36 hours and now that the main phone number has been re-instated they can not be reached on FaceTime on that number, only on their temporary number that they no longer have.
How can they transfer their FaceTime number from the temporary one that they had just very briefly after getting the new handset. to their main number that they had before and have now?

Try logging out of the existing Apple ID with iMessage and FaceTime on the iPhone followed by logging back in with the Apple ID which should register the old phone number that has now been re-activated with the iPhone.

Facetime problem after updated to Lion

I can't log in to my facetime fpr mac. It says "The server encounter an error processing registration."

Hello Everyone!
Since our Lion upgrade, we're unable to use the mic/ hear any audio on any of our machines. 2 of our machines had the FT 1.0.2 version prior, but since the upgrade on 3 of our machines none of the 3 will/ can hear any audio. We've read similar concerns, tried changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 etc and no luck. We tried setting the programs to open with the 32 bit and no luck. We're able to call our desktop FaceTime successfully with our iPhones with comeplete audio just like the program ran with Snow Leopard but that was then. We're stumped with this one, apparently we're blocked with audio as well as our in-laws in Australia on their two machines since they upgraded... They two can use it when their iPhones call themselves but thats it?
Is Apple working on a remedy? We'd hate to think we paid for something that not only doesn't work, but some of the responses we read actually encourages the user to go back and buy the prior version that isn't Lion compatible!

You cannot.
You can never have facetime, as it is not allowed on iphones sold in many middle eastern countries.

When I did, the email lost 2 folders.
How can I get that feature back?

Hotsync problems after dowloading 4.1.4e

I have a Palm TX for about a year and a half that until now I was synching to the Palm. I need to changed that and synch it to Outlook. I followed the Palm website direction and downloaded Outlook conduit 4.1.4e. It had changed the settings but since that I am unable to sych at all. Anyone has any suggestions? I am desparate my Palm contains my whole personal and professional life. Thanks! V

Put the original installation cd into the cd slot in your computer and you should be able to switch that hot sync should sync to outlook instead of to palm.
My post is related to a TE2 but in this situation, it doesn't matter. That is the automatic "signature" generated by the palm website that goes onto my post because that is the kind of palm I have. For this particular solution, it doesn't really matter that I have a TE2 and you have a TX.
I hope it is easy for you to switch from palm to outlook but if you still have questions, feel free to post once again.

Couldn't you have backed it up to the "iCloud"? or some other cloud based storage before you did the upgrade? If you do not back things up before you upgrade your OS, you are only asking for things to go wrong.

Unfortunately, there is a problem with iTunes 9.1 and synching to Outlook. Most people have reported the problem with Outlook 2007, but others (myself included) have the same problem with Outlook 2003.
The problem started with the installation of 9.1.
