Hi can someone please tell me how I would update my iphone 3G to 4.3 cause It doesn't have a software update in the general section of settings. My current update is 4.2

You cannot. iOS 4.2.1 is as far as the iPhone 3G will go.

Connect it to your syncing PC and update using iTunes on the PC. The OTA (over the air & under Settings>General>Software Update) update was introduced with iOS 5.

Keep in mind you can also use the optical drive of another computer to upgrade OS X. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2129 has information on how to do that. This works on a Windows PC as well as a Mac.

I have a 3 GS that does not have Safari on it. I don't know where it went or how it went but its gone. How do I get it back.
It is not possible to delete it. Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure it hasn't been disabled. If it is not disabled and you still can't locate it, Settings>General>Resets>Reset Home Screen Layout, will revert it to its default location.
If it is still not there, try deleting any corporate Exchange account you may have set up on your phone. It is possible for Exchange administrators to enforce policies preventing internet use on connected devices, which will cause the Safari icon to disappear. -

My iphone storage is full and I do not have enough storage for upgrades or to take more photos/videos, download apps, etc. I do have my photos/videos ON for icloud sync but not sure if I can safely delete them from my iphone to make room. And if I can delete them from my phone how do I access them on my icloud? I logged in for the first time and do not see where to access photos/videos?
You can't just store photos on icloud. They can be included as part of a backup or when using photo stream to sync photos from one device to another, but 1) photo stream keeps photos for up to 30 days after which they are deleted from the servers, and 2) never rely on a backup to icloud as a way of storing photos. (When photos are deleted from the device, they are no longer on recent backups, and older backups get deleted in short time.)
When it comes to photos, users should sync them to a computer for archiving. Then they can delete the photos from the device, as the computer will have copies.
Photos in backups on icloud cannot be viewed on icloud.

With iTunes 10 and iOS 5 synchronizing my iPhone (3GS) via USA and Wifi does not stop in the last step. Runs for hours. Even canceling takes forever.
iPad2 sync is fine.
Any ideas to solve it?This sounds like a problem you should take up with Apple Customer Support.
