i would like to add my daughters iphone to my itunes account please i cant seem to change the name from mine

When you have her phone attached to the computer/iTunes, change the name of her device. iTunes should then be able to recognize the two different devices. You can then set them up individually. Check out this support document about multiple phones on one iTunes. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1495
