I got an new iphone 5, (traded in my iphone 4), and can't figure out how to transer my old apps onto the new device. I think I had saved all my old phone's info.... But the only things on my new phone now are the photos, texts, contacts.. Help!

Cant understand why they wouldnt be your library unless you deleted them. Any Apps that were missing you go to the itunes store, look at purchased section and re download them, ifthey arent in your purchase history locate them in the store, if you havr paid for them once you can redownload them for free if they were free apps then simply download again.

I got an iP6 this morning with Vodafone (moved from iP5 with o2). I backed up my 5 to icloud last night and tried to restore from last back up on new phone this morning, I can see my apps but most say "loading" but aren't doing anything. Can someone help?

One way to do it on the phone -- Open App Store, tap Updates at bottom right, tap Purchased at top, tap Not on This Phone, tap download symbol (cloud with down arrow) to the right of each app.

As already provided, if you don't have such in your iTunes library, on your computer, then there is no way to put it back on your phone. Apps are DRM protected, so even if you found a copy somewhere, you wouldn't be able to use it.

You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual.

Do you guys use the same computer with itunes on it? And the best way to get them off is to go into the Setting>Itunes & App Store and sign out of her appleid if it's listed there. Also just delete all of the apps from her appleid off your phone.

Transfer your purchases from old iPhone to computer iTunes, then select tones in iTunes with your new iPhone connected, do a sync.

You purchased the old apps under a different Apple ID, therefore you must use that Apple ID to update them. If your account is disabled you need to fix that.

I have a 4th gen iPod touch. I just got a brand new 5th gen. I want to get all of my old apps onto my new device but I can't figure out how. Sync ur phone to itunes but make sure that sync all apps is checked. you can find that option after you plug in your phone. select your phone in itunes and select apps from the top of the page.
